Isela, showed up on time, mask on, and with all my favorite cleaning supplies. After a walk through, I left, and she did her thang. When I returned, I apologized for the amount of dust and Isela replied, "it wasn't bad." My husband said, Not bad, it was horrible, what type of mess are people living in. We were happy with the service and requested to be put on her schedule for regular cleanings. For the first 15 minutes , we stared in the oven, it looked brand new and after that we enjoyed a glass of wine in our clean home. *fair pricing *reliable *excellent cleaning

I do not recommend this service…read more Several things went wrong during my experience. Initially, I was quoted one price, but the night before the scheduled cleaning, I was told the cost would be doubled. I was also asked to pay via Zelle before any services were provided. At no point during our initial discussions was I informed that the first cleaning would cost more. Another concern was communication. We had been texting back and forth, and I provided my phone number. When I asked for a phone call to discuss the details, I was told she could not call because she was at home. This, combined with the last-minute request for payment before services and the sudden price increase, made me uncomfortable and concerned that the situation might not be legitimate. Scheduling was also frustrating. I repeatedly explained that I was only available on Mondays, yet I was continually pressured to accept a Tuesday appointment. After finally agreeing on a Monday, I was later informed that she would be coming on Tuesday instead of the day we had agreed upon. When I decided to cancel due to these concerns, I was then asked to reconsider. At that point, I was told she would honor the original price quote and come on Monday as we had initially agreed. While I appreciated the effort to resolve the situation, the multiple last-minute changes regarding pricing, payment requirements, communication, and scheduling had already caused me to lose confidence in the service. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unreliable, which led me to look elsewhere.

We couldn't be more happy with the quality of work they do and their professionalism.
