Identified the problem (corroded/defective switch), provided a reasonable estimate (which they met) and fixed it without a fuss. Also gave some suggestions of other things to watch out for and to address down the road when/if something more needs doing like new tank, etc., which for a 25 year old system isn't unreasonable to expect but are good to know. They were knowledgeable and provided detailed info about what they were doing before they did it. Also, they were recommended to me by the company who installed my well/water system, who didn't have the ability to respond to the emergency at that time. All good here!

Well, our well pump completely failed last week and the pump could not be replaced because it was stuck in the old metal casing, and new well had to be drilled. Needless to to say having no water would have been an issue but Ted sent a crew out immediately to hook up a 300 gallon fresh water tank with an independent pump system that allowed us to continue to have running water until they were able to get a new well drilled for us! This was literally a huge relief just knowing that we would have water even though our well was broken. I'm not sure how many other companies would have dropped their scheduled work loads to help a customer that was literally helpless without running water, but Ted and his company did just that!!! This is a family owned and operated business, and they treat their customers like they are family. I highly recommend them for any of your water related issues, they are fair priced and most importantly they are truly there for their customers. Thank you Ted, Ted Jr and the rest of the crew for putting our water issue at the top of your priority list, it meant the world to our family.

I explained to I believe the guy name is Chaz that I need to seal and cap my old well. So we agreed on time for him to come by to provide an estimate despite it was a bad time due to dropping my kids to school.... He showed up and advised he will have an estimate by the night... no estimate. I can tell from the meeting with him that he is not competent comparing to other professionals I met with. So I let a few days go by and then reached back to him to inquire on the estimate again to give him another chance ... maybe I am wrong, but I was right he replied back stating by the night he will send it ...again nothing. Unprofessional and inefficient. Not trustworthy. I would never refer to anyone or suggest. Terrible communication skills. Disrespectful to people times. Find a responsible/ dependable legitimate business to give them your business. This one is not one of them. Don't believe the reviews.
