Lots of wasted time, especially after I shared with Uptown that it was an urgent request to go to the hospital. I was looking for a realistic time, not to be strung along. It felt like going into a nail salon and they say it's a 15 min wait-15 minutes later, your'e told another 5 minutes 3 more times so you won't leave....knowing its prob another 30 minutes. We were in Woodland and needed to get to Longview. We tried Lyft and Uber but they cold not provide a driver. The staff at the hotel recommended James at Kalama Cab. He was more than accommodating. He drove us up to Longview to urgent care, then waited for us past dinner time into the evening so we could have a ride back to Woodland at a reasonable price (a fraction of having a cab come up from Vancouver to pick us up). James was friendly and empathetic to my wife's pain and limited mobility.
