Kyle / in the Lowe's executive liaison department was BEYOND nasty and could not have given two cents toward customer service! I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Missouri Attorney's General Office. But wait.....THIS IS THE BEST PART! Because of this absolute nasty customer service experience - this executive liaison / Kyle / just caused me to cancel my $25,000 window replacement contract - that I was getting ready to sign this week - with the Osage Beach, Missouri Lowes! I wouldn't give Lowes my money - my hard earned money - on a project this big after the treatment that I received from an issue that totally went "south"! Way to go Lowes!

Hood's has a lot of crap most people wouldn't ever want to buy, but as Hood's you want to buy them. My brothers always had stuff to get there and would end up getting a lot of stuff when they left.
