While completing my duties as a primary executor for my mother, I often found need to make some interior/exterior repairs/fixes in her home. Usually, the needs arose at inconvenient times or were just a bit obtuse, but this Lowe's was available and the friendly staff ready to help as needed. I was especially impressed at how well they valued us Veterans, and received a discount even though I didn't have my DD214 on hand. What was interesting to me is this fine store was constructed on the very same location where I & my buddies had attended numerous movies--it had been a drive-in theater some 40 years ago, when my family resided here during my (Rolla) high school years. Of course, I don't hold Lowe's responsible for that; economics had dictated razing that teen spot, and now a much greater population can enjoy the scenery & savings! read more

Terrible customer service. Changed delivery date for appliance without notification. Over charges for delivery I had to drag old washer out myself for them to pick up. I would only use them as a last resort they are terrible the worst experience I have had for an appliance in 50 years read more

Lowe's automated service repair line is ineffective. It doesn't allow you to speak with a person when their automated system can't handle the service request.It's caused a delay in getting service scheduled. read more

This store is a joke .they can't mix paint right the color was wrong and when we took it back there were not nice about fixing it and they didn't fix the color.4 people standing a round at the check out counter and we have to check out our selfs because they didn't have a casher to check us out .but when there is a problem they arnt helpful will not go back here again what a wast of a good store , read more

I placed a curbside pickup order and gave them plenty of time to assemble it, I notified them I was on my way and checked in when I arrived, but I had to sit in the pickup area for over an hour waiting for the order to come out and be loaded in my car. Not even the several phone calls I made to the store from their own parking lot made any difference. And all this time their employees were wandering back and forth, seemingly with nothing to do! Take my advise: avoid this place like the Black Death! read more

im a retired Army veteran living in the rolla Mo area, I've been shopping at this location for 20 years! im a African American male, I've been having a lot of problems with the loading area, about 6 month ago I perchased some bricks for A project I was working on , when the female loader who came to load them had a very bad attitude, she were throwing the bricks on my new trailer! i spoke to her and told her if she didn't placed them right sone one will have to take them off and do them right! She responded! she wasn't doing shit! We got in a shouting match with me and she was using a lot file language!l to make a long story short there were scratch damages to my new trailer . Employees are terrible at their job. No one actually knows anything about the area they work in. The managers don't know much either. I placed an order for flooring over a month ago. The guy came out and measured and I never heard from them again. I called and was told there was something wrong with the measurements and they would call me back. 2 months.... still waiting. Needless to say I'm going elsewhere. read more
