One employee repeatedly insisted the customer service desk was closed even though the store was still open, then later treated me suspiciously at self-checkout even after I paid for my groceries. A previous incident was even worse -- customer service had already approved and overridden a simple water bottle exchange, yet the greeter stopped me, called the store manager to question the override, and had the customer service employee apologize to management while I stood there waiting over a routine exchange. I understand stores need security and loss prevention, but customers should not be treated with constant suspicion or made to feel interrogated over ordinary purchases and returns. The atmosphere often feels more focused on policing customers than providing actual customer service or basic respect.

They also make sandwiches from their deli meats which I have not tried. Their meat counter is well stocked with excellent cuts of steak, pork and chicken that you cannot get at most grocery stores and the prices reflect that quality.
