Pick Me Up really excels at their customer service. This location is really good at the way they handle things. They work hard to move cars along, and they make sure to connect and relate with their customers. Even when the line gets longer, they don't loose their speed. They are efficient, timely, and considerate of the orders given to them (I've seen some pretty outlandish creations). Pick Me Up is great at giving recommendations for their sodas. Drink holders are way too small and weak to hold 44oz drinks. Stop cheaping out on drink holders and get the tall ones like most other shops. Also drinks are filled to the absolute brim causing liquid to spill out of the top holes. Both issues have caused messes in my car. Finally, the lines here are long, and online orders should not have to wait behind people who have not ordered yet, fill them in the order they are received like every other business does. read more

I waited in an eleven car line for a custom soda, waiting at lest 20-30 minutes!!!! Just to drive off with a coke. No add ins I had ordered?! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me I won't be going back. read more

At other pick me ups I am usually greeted with super happy and excited employees. But at my recent trips to this location they have had been very dry and have not brightened up my day. They still make great sodas but if you are looking for a uplifting trip this place isn't your spot. read more

DoorDashers should not be treated differently than any other customer. I waited in line like anybody else. I provided my order like anybody else. But unlike anybody else, I get told to wait on the side for 20 minutes while others get pushed ahead of me. I watched 6 new orders get taken and filled from cars BEHIND me. It's not right to de-prioritize us and treat us like some lower class of customer that can be kept waiting at your whim. Our time is just as valuable as any other human in line. read more

i have been a loyal customer to pick me up for a couple of years now until today. i have been trying to get a refillable tumbler and was told they would get some today. lies. i was told that they had some at the ohter location lies. now i'm being told that they wont have some till december. probably never coming back. plenty other drink places that are better are better vaule UPDATE They got the tumblers now I guess they ship to the other locations in IF or something? I was in Cafe Rio and one the employees came to me to inform me. The tumblers are around $30 kinda ridiculous. I'm going to wait on that. my loyalty is starting to be restored probably will only go every once in a while. read more

I'm not a soda drinker so I can't comment on the soda. Though I do want to stop by sometime and try a soda so I can give a full review of the place. I came to do just a review of the cookies. The cookies are reasonably priced and pretty big and also delicious! I got the sugar cookie and the chocolate chip cookie. They are cold but I like that they are cold. Perfect amount of sugar cookie frosting where it's not too much a perfect amount of sweetness. Chocolate chip it's the same perfect amount of sweetness and good amount of chocolate chips. No complaints would come back for a good cookie. Also like to add great fast service! read more

We love going to Pick Me Up! So convenient, and the peanut butter cookies are the bomb. I recommend trying to Sparky but with Mountain Dew!

First time here, thought it was so cute. Got to learn more about their products and ordered a mixed soda. It wasn't anything amazing, but it was good! Was very very similar to the drink factory few miles away, but I'm pretty sure these guys are little less expensive! Friendly workers! My review is based on their cookies- they are not great. We got all the flavors and we didn't enjoy a single one. The choco chip cookie had like 2 chips and none of the others had anything redeeming. If u go- just stick with the flavored sodas read more

Love me some pick me up! Fast, friendly service. Plus a drink drive thru, what's better than that. I recommend a tigers blood dew. They have fun drink combinations they have already thought up. I was really excited about the concept and the location. Perfect name for the business. It's exactly that. Only complaint: my 13 year old wants to go every other day.
