11 nights in Southern Italy and this was the best place to say. The room was clean, cheerful, and the amenities well appointed. It was the only place to offer wash clothes and moisturizer. I am so sorry we only had 1 night there as it is easily accessible to the ancestral towns I wanted to visit (Pizzoni, Vazzano, Soriano Calabro).. Am I seriously the first review this beautiful hotel? First and foremost, when I return to Pizzo, I will definitely stay here again! The Jr. suite was fantastic, it was split level with with a patio that overlooked the ocean. The suite was also adjacent to the breakfast area which was served out on the neighboring patio. The suite also came with goodies in the refrigerator. My only warning is that there were very few people who spoke English here in Calabria so check-in was a little awkward but I seemed to manage just fine. Also parking was a little difficult, the buildings were very close together so there wasn't much room to drive. This location is ideal if you are visiting Tropea which is about a 30 minute drive and I highly recommend visiting the Church of Piedigrotta while you are in town, absolutely incredible and not far from this hotel! read more
