I'm in town for business and got delivery from this place today, upon recommendation from a friend…read morewhose parents have a condo in the area. He said it's one of his top five pizzas. The pizzas are rather large, the options were delivery were 14 inches or 16 inches, so I ended up getting a few other things instead: -Pappardelle with pesto: 4.5/5 stars, delicious -Garlic bread with cheese: 3.5/5 stars, the real garlic was nice but the bread was a bit cold/room temp. Hazard of doing delivery, for sure, but my hotel was only 15 minutes away from the restaurant. -Garlic knots: 4/5, delish. Kind of odd that it was the same price as the garlic bread because the garlic bread was huge, definitely like two meals' worth, and for the knots you only get like six of them. I also received a HUGE vat of sauce, presumably for the breads, and it was delicious - kinda sweet, I'm not sure if it's the restaurant's pasta sauce, or pizza sauce, or both. I did not receive ANY silverware or napkins, which was kind of a problem - I can improvise on napkins (I did some Kleenex) but not on silverware. I looked back on DoorDash afterwards to see if that was an option, to request silverware, but I didn't see it, so next time I will have to specify, I guess. Overall, I would definitely order from here again since everything was delicious, but I might actually go to the restaurant next time versus relying on delivery. I don't have a car this trip though so I would have to Uber there and back.

The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice and the service was great. They offered…read morebread service with olive oil that had crushed tomato in it which was a pleasant surprise! We got the pane al forno mozzarella as an appetizer and it was a little underwhelming to be truthful. It reminded us of a bagel bite but with less flavor somehow. I think if they added a little more garlic/seasoning to this appetizer it'd be a hit! The portions were large which is great. However, I got the porcini sacchetti truffle cream and was honestly disappointed. There was almost no truffle flavor, the sauce barely creamy, and the prosciutto in it seemed almost rubbery. My friend got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it tasted slightly of seafood. Overall we were slightly disappointed with the dinner but still had a great time with the staff.

Everything feels homemade, rich, and made with care the kind of old-school Italian cooking that's getting harder to find. The portions are huge and very family-style, perfect for sharing or leaving with leftovers you'll actually be excited about. The garlic knots alone are worth the visit soft, buttery, loaded with garlic, and easily some of the best around. Their price-fix menu for two at $39.99 is an incredible deal and makes it easy to enjoy a full, satisfying meal without overthinking anything. This includes appetizers, and dessert! And the chicken Parmesan... genuinely top tier. Crispy, flavorful, perfectly sauced, and portioned like it should be. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite because it's just that good. If you're looking for authentic, hearty Sicilian comfort food in Fort Myers, this is one of those spots that consistently delivers. It's my go to and I'll drive only to Ft myers for them. It's a true mom and pop experience, the owner is the chef; need I says more. He probably has some Nona's back there with him and the flavors are always consistent and so is the service, I can't emphasize enough about this place. It's comfort, excellent home made food like your Nona would in Sicily! A must visit several times a year, if I lived closer, I would at least once a week, but then I would need a tractor to pull me out!

Went to Oda because I was in the mood for a gourmet style pizza for an early dinner on my way home…read morefrom shopping. I stopped by Oda, sat outside and was greeted by one of the best servers I have ever had. Nicole was the nicest person I have met in SW, FL! She offered great suggestions and I decided on a glass of wine and the burrata & arugula pizza. It was exactly what I needed. All fresh, homemade and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed every minute of sitting outside on the patio in the warm sun chatting with Nicole who frequently came out to check to see if I needed anything. She brought a box for my left overs before I even had to ask. The perfect ending to my day. Living a small apartment life in an area where the warmer weather is a shorter season, being able to sit somewhere outside and have a meal is always a bonus and this was exactly what I needed.

We come here weekly and Stacy takes such good care of us. Last night was my husband's birthday and she managed to accommodate my last minute (sorry) request. We couldn't have been more pleased that she pulled this off. You rock Stacy (and chef)! The food and service here is consistently great. Two tips: 1) Ask to be put on their frequent diner program and 2) Go early if you want a chance at the specials, they sell fast! On several occasions I have been unable to taste a special because it was sold out (the price of eating late). This is off season but you wouldn't know it, this place has been hopping lately. We may need to adjust our timing to avoid the mob and the noise. What a great problem for them to have and, important to note, they truly DO appreciate our business. One last tip: Ask about dessert. Their dessert tray has something for just about everyone. But don't forget...they provide Complimentary Cotton Candy! Just ask for it.

If you have ever been to Italy and have ventured away from the tourist traps you will know and love…read morethis osteria. It smells like Italy. It looks like Italy. The owners are recent arrivals from Italy. I have already extolled this place on Google for gnocchi and walnut cream sauce from heaven and I could say as much for the risotto with pecorino and figs that I just had today. I would like to eat the whole menu but we go there after our semi-annual appointments with our cardiologists and have to be cautious. They are in this location because it was available. In my opinion there is not enough traffic, and not enough people are going to discover this absolute gem for them to achieve the success they deserve. If you want to dine on authentic Italian cuisine, lovingly prepared by a husband and wife at a typical Italian osteria this is the place. This is not a spaghetti and meatballs American restaurant. It is real and magnificent. Go there. Trust me!

Like a good wine, this place has only gotten better with time. The coal-fired pizza is still the star of the show. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy, chewy, and slightly charred flavor that only a true coal-fired oven can deliver. Every bite reminds you why this place has built such a loyal following over the years. We also started with the bruschetta, which was fresh, flavorful, and piled high with tomatoes, parmesan, and balsamic glaze. The atmosphere is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Located in the heart of downtown Fort Myers, it's a fun spot to grab dinner, enjoy the energy of downtown, and spend time with friends and family. The service was attentive, friendly, and helped make the experience even better. If you're a local, now is the perfect time to visit before the snowbirds make their annual return and the wait times start growing. For visitors and residents alike, Capone's remains one of the best pizza spots in Southwest Florida and a downtown staple that's absolutely worth a stop. Already looking forward to my next visit.
