After days of pasta and just before leaving Italy it was time to have a Pizza. Unfortunately, the…read morepizzaria we had in mind was closed for the season already but next door an establishment appraised them self as a pizzaria too and, it looked like locals go there, so why not.
The "maître-d" was nice and welcoming, the assigned waiter not that much. We ordered salad, some pasta and yes, pizza.
The mentioned waiter prepared the salad sauce at the table with balsamico and olive oil, but it somehow disappeared in the giant bowl. The pasta was meh, compared to what we enjoyed of the last few days and the pizza ... Well, first it took forever (probably I'm the idiot ordering one during dinner service?) and it was just too think and not that good after all. The sad ambience didn't help to make this a good experience unfortunately. But! It was reasonably priced, almost cheap and ok to eat after all.
