Your access is limited to only a few hours a day, never past 4 and never before 9 a.m. They clearly do not want people who have jobs as customers. The unit itself has no lights nor does the hallway were the unit is located. Mine was on the second floor, and to get to the second floor, you are required to load your things onto a broken down lift thing that the lowest it goes is 3 feet from the ground. I was told, that's because that's how high a uhaul truck sits. The floor of the unit was also nasty. I didn't even ask for my money back, I just wanted to make sure they didn't continue to charge me. That was a nightmare. The front desk guy says he is not allowed to cancel the contract, I must talk to management, but management is not on site and you cannot have their direct number. Rather, Alex, the desk attendant, has to send them a message to call you. They don't call. This place is a scam. Go to Hwy 70 storage instead. Very clean, professional, well lit, no hassles, and you actually get access to your unit to move in and out.

We rented a storage unit online and after…read morecompleting the required information with multiple phone numbers are per their forms we headed to the unit. 1) the gate code wouldn't work - we had to go into the office the following day where they admitted that sometime the codes don't go through. 2) when we finally go into the storage unit, it had rat feces in every corner. We placed commercial-grade poison blocks in each corner hoping to keep the little rascals out but they were gone the following day telling me that they are active. When my SO complained, they b they knew there was a rodent problem and they were treating it themselves. 3) we have had to visit the Twice the Space office space twice now and it the unfriendliest place we've encountered in the El Paso region! They don't smile and are clearly going through the motions to get their paychecks. 4) considering that I'm paying for 100% of the unit, why do I have to share it with rodents? This is overpriced And I suggest finding another location.
