It occurred to me how nice, clean, and brightly lit this storage facility is. I've been coming here for close to five years now, and it's been so consistently comfortable, clean, I've always felt secure and safe there. All the motion lights work, and the bathrooms are kept remarkable clean. All that doesn't just happen by itself, so I went into the office and had to shake the hand of the person responsible, Maria, and thank her personally. This is a truly terrible business. I rented a small storage unit for $35 per month. Within three…read moremonths, without notification, this company raised the monthly rate for the tiny space to $50 per month. Several months later, again, without notification, the awful, unethical business raised the monthly fee another $29, bringing it to $79 per month. This is more than a 100% increase in fees in one year's period of time. I have reported them, today, with the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department. They should be closed down and prosecuted.
