I really enjoy this restaurant. However, they were really busy this evening and the order said it could be picked up at 5:04. My friend arrived shortly after to pick it up with the confirmation information and did not get the order until 5:40. When he did get the order they said they forgot it was sitting there. This is not right. I understand waiting a few minutes to be fresh. The last time I picked up an order there seemed to be quite a bit of confusion as well. It would behoove the managers to refine the online/ phone ordering process so that it runs more smoothly. This restaurant is a bit more expensive and the quality reflects that usually. Also, the order was already paid for which should be clear and it was $37 online and they tried to charge $25 in person (I don't know if they had the wrong Order or if this was in addition) The food was sub par and we had to reheat it because it had been sitting there for so long. This is a review of takeout service. I placed my order on a Saturday via phone. The gentleman that answered didn't give me his full attention on the phone. He seemed to be preoccupied with talking to a worker as he was on phone with me ( the customer.) The food was good. I didn't get a warm "come again" or "thank you" when I picked up our food. The man who I paid seemed preoccupied talking to a female server. He actually left the credit card bill for me to sign on counter and walked away. Good customer service goes a long way in keeping customers coming back. This place does have the atmosphere of a sit down restaurant. Maybe the customer service is better if you choose to eat in the restaurant. The food again was good; Just what you would expect from a pizza restaurant. I will try again when I am in the area. Went to Piazza Presto after a golfing companion recommended it for dinner. Three couples went there for first time and had a very enjoyable time that evening. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our waitress was superb. She provided her recommendations when several of us were having difficulty choosing menu items as everything sounded delicious. We ordered the calamari, clams casino, bruschetta which were very good. The clams casino were not the usual baked style but were served in a broth but very tasty. The entrees our party ordered were Veal saltimbocca, Chicken Sorrento, Veal Piccata, Pasta with Clam Fra Diablo which were excellent. Of course we had desserts and the lemon creme cake was outstanding. It is an excellent restaurant that we will definitely return to. It is great to find a restaurant that serves wonderful food at reasonable prices and is a BYOB. read more

What a shocking experience! I placed an order for two entrees and some sides after receiving a menu w/ coupons in the mail recently; for a delivery. I was told by "Lisa" that the buy 1 get 1 (50% off) was not allowed for delivery. Although the coupon did not state that. She said only the others on the menu could be used; i.e. ($1,2,3 off). So, being on a limited budget, we decided to share only one entrée. We decided on the seafood pescatore white (fettuccine w/ shrimp, mussels, clams and jumbo lump crab meat); because that's what she wanted. We did use a $3 coupon because our meal was over $30. What we got was an attitude from Lisa because we called back several times because we where not sure what was being served fresh or frozen. They claimed the above was fresh, but the salmon was frozen. Good to know right... I will add that upon Lisa hanging up the last phone call I could hear her berating me to one of her co-workers for calling so many times. So...me and my wife wait for the meal to arrive. And it did. It was meh, but more importantly not as described. Instead of the lump crab meat noted above, they substituted miniature octopus (what?). I've never seen or tried them before. They were chewy like beef gristle. No lump crab meat! I call the next day and speak with someone who identified himself as George the owner. According to local food inspection reports, George is not the owner. Being as that may be; "George" had no time for me, stating "I will accept the coupons that I want to accept" and then abruptly hung the phone up on me. Telling me last, "I don't need your business". Yes, the pictures of the food look good on a web page, but you can't fake service; especially good service! And the food wasn't that good to begin with. Good luck and Yelp on! read more

The restaurant was deceitful and the food was only okay. The manager charged more on the check than was listed on the menu and proceeded to argue with us when we questioned him. Instead of refunding the difference and apologizing he tried to tell us it was fine for the prices to change because he couldn't afford to change the menus. It's bad business to just say prices can change without informing customers before they order. Food was okay but the manager's attitude really put a damper on the whole meal. I ordered online once, delivery took forever but food was good. Second order we had to call and they finally sent it after we told them it had been an hour and a half. Tonight ordered thinking the last time was a fluke....NOPE. Ordered at 5:45 and it's 7:20, they said the meatball sandwich is just coming out of the oven. The Farfalle Genovese is amazing!! If you want a wonderful vegetarian dish this is it! Walnut, with zucchini and yellow squash in a pesto sauce is so good! This place is great for lunch and dinner. Delicious chicken Marsala, absolutely amazing sautéed spinach and garlic so good you'd never have to be yelled at to eat your spinach it truly lead you craving more ! Went to pick up pizza on a Saturday night. Ordered a large pizza when I arrive to pay they say we don't have any large pizzas so we are making you two smalls. Not sure how you run out of large pizzas on a Saturday but have small. Many ways to rectify the situation. They gave me an extra small pie which was nice but I wish they would have told me this on the phone. Overall the pizza wasn't too bad. Better options in the area. My go-to place when I have company. Friendly staff and a superb cook. I have never been disappointed with a meal. Especially like their cheese steak salad for lunch and their veal piccata for dinner. We found this place through a groupon and got a few sandwiches for lunch one day. Upon walking in we were surprised. The decor is very nice inside and that of a nice sit-down italian restaurant, not your typical pizza place. We saw their selection of dinner choices and found out they make much of their menu in house. Well, the sandwiches were not great. They were ok (2 stars at best). However, we were intrigued to try their dinners for a sit-down meal and that is where we learned they shine. We loved that they are a BYOB and do not charge a corkage fee. We made 6:30 reservations for 6. When we got there the table wasn't ready. We were quickly informed that the people to our left were the people they needed to leave to seat us. After some observation, we realized their waiter was essentially worthless and they were waiting for their revised check and payment to be taken. We finally got seated, but 20 min later no one had come to offer water, open our wine or give us the specials. We finally got the host attention he proceeded to explain that our waitress was overwhelmed with the needy table next to Us. Ambience is perfect. Byob and relax... Staff do a gerat job of making you feel at home and welcomed. Definitely a great "3rd space" where you won't be rushed. Seating is cozy and warm. Interior is well appointed and feels special. Food is definitely very good here. New owner (George) has been tweaking and refining things since he took over in Jan '18. I cannot get enough of the complimentary garlic knots. Such a nice touch and super delicious. The kitchen is still improving every time we go but sometimes we come across food that is not made fresh on site. Certainly not the norm here but dissapointing considering what they are capable of. Gorgonzola pizza's are particularly sumptous here. Despite the imperfections I always make it down to Limerick for Piazza Presto even though we have two great Italian restuarunts in Phoenixville. I've lived in this area for 12 years and decided it was time to try this place because hey, I had a coupon, why not?! I was told by the waitress the coupon was for cash paying customers only. Nowhere on the coupon does it state this - strike number one. The food was not bad but our waitress basically ignored us the whole time. The girl bussing tables was extremely polite and personable - she should have been our server instead - unfortunately we got stuck with the borderline rude lady. I was complaining to them that we have no good pizza or Italian food within the area. I must have drove past their location a million times as I worked in Philly at the time and never noticed. They have an unassuming location along with an unassuming taste to their food. Who would think a restaurant in a shopping center would be good? We gave them a try and found that not only are they good but outstanding from service to taste!! You pretty much can't go wrong with anything on their menu whether you dine in or out. George and his staff ensure that all orders are correct and all good goes out tasting the best it can. Wow, such mixed reviews on this place but a lot of them were older so I thought I would give the place a try. Came here for lunch with my two boys one weekend afternoon and the place was relatively quiet with only about five tables with patrons. The place was nicely decorated for a casual Italian restaurant. We were quickly seated and someone came over and took our drink orders. Once he came back with our drinks (pretty quickly), I proceeded to ask him a question about the kids menu and he informed me that he's just the bus boy and that a waitress would be over in a bit. There was only one waitress working and it more than a bit before she came over--it was closer to 5 minutes. Not sure why it took so long other than it didn't appear like she was moving all that quickly. We just went with a small cheese pizza and a side order of fries. Loved the fries (they were like beer-battered fries) and the pizza wasn't bad. It had a slight crunch to the crust and the sauce was on the sweeter side, which I like. I was disappointed that they didn't offer a traditional kids pizza. They do offer a kids pizza, but it's on pita bread. My boys would not have liked that, but they are picky eaters. Prices were reasonable and I would like to go back and try some of their pasta dishes. They looked good based on what I could see on the other tables.
