The staff were relatively friendly, it's non-smoking (which may be par for the course for Germany bowling alleys, I don't know), the electronic tracking system is pretty simple if corny, and if you are a semi-serious bowler, you can get your stats printed out for you. Call ahead if you want to go on the weekend, especially with a larger group of people. It gets pretty busy!
