This will mark my second complaint against MusicStore in just a few months. Just an edit because of merchant reply. I actually submitted the sworn declaration. The merchant simply does not understand distant trading laws. My bank have since investigated and charged back the amount as I showed the bank proof of Musicstore's negligence. TERRIBLE SERVICE DISHONEST . unprofessional. completely wasted my time and took my money.. they still offer no solution to the problem. package is still lost and i can not change the delivery options. and they refuse to.
