DO NOT BUY FROM MUSICSTORE…read more What a bad experience I'm having. Enthusiasm for a new guitar and amp completely killed. Do not buy from here. They are so fast to make a sale, but to ship and help with the delivery? The don't give a sh*t. Ordered 17 days ago, got myself a birthday gift, and its been terrible. Package still stuck, of course it's DHL who get the blame. They must have a cheap deal with DHL to save on shipping and they don't care! After 17 days, and 3 emails, Export team asks me to reach out to info team, seriously??? - Now 25 days passed, package didn't move, and they dont want to refund. Avoid this company at all costs. On the same day I made 2 big orders from Thomann, received both with 7/8 days.
