We came to round bar at Atlanta's airport concourse E. We waited at least 10-15 min until bartender was done talking with a customer who was sitting next to us.. She just was talking and totally ignored us. All draft beers were totally out. Seems employees and a management don't care about a business. Had a few hours layover in E terminal so decided to eat here because there was great music. It was a vibe. However, service is slow especially when it is busy. We had to order from the bar. The seats were labeled reserved but no one was really paying attention to it. People just took whatever was empty. Food: The Greek salad was great but the flatbread was lacking. There wasn't any sauce on it if you are expecting like marinara sauce. It was small too. They didn't mind if you brought outside food as long as you got a drink. So if I come here again, that's probably what I would do. read more

A convenient stop near our gate--a means to an end. Service was quick, and the drinks flowed freely (though definitely not for free). The bartender was extremely friendly and didn't bat an eye at our preflight ritual of a few drinks before embarking on a 14-hour flight, even if it was before 10 a.m. My only real complaint, which others might actually consider a plus, is that the place was just too bright for my taste. read more

Delays in flights caused me to have to spend 11 hours in airports this day. My visit to the Piano Bar was a soothing balm for my broken spirit. I ordered some garlic bites and a drink from a lovely bartender who was kind and attentive. The food and drink were fine, but the piano playing by an adorable older lady elevated the entire experience. She played fun classics, my favorite being MacArthur Park, with a zeal and expertise that was inspired and impressive. This is the place to stop to nourish body and soul. read more

Welllll...this is an airport bar soooo...u can't really beat a 3 due to that fact alone. Prices are high service is confusing and or confused...and everyone is either tired, angry, and stressed out, or; all of the above because their life has gotten to the point that they're either somehow working an airport bar or drinking at one without having a flight. The upside is very often u cam end up making out with a drunken, "life falling apart" chick!! That rant aside, there's nothing wrong with this one in particular. The servers bartenders are over worked but still doing well, and the place actually has some pretty solid pizza for an airport bar. Piano Bars was the only venue opened at the E Terminal at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport when I was waiting for my flight home to Indy. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a beer. The young lady waited on me was very pleasant and kind. The staff is professional and have excellent, unique personalities that entertain the patrons around the bar. The piano music plays regularly and it is wonderful music. They play a variety of music that attracts all kinds of people, and they have a great selection of craft beer on tap as well. The Dry County IPA was excellent and the whiskey selection is excellent!! This was a great bar to hangout at before my flight, and I hope to come back here again the next time I come to Atlanta. They claim a 3 minute pizza. It took 32 minutes because they burnt the first one, and then the waitress kept telling us it would be a few minutes that they just put it in the oven. Then our bill was $57.18 we put $70 down and she asked if we wanted change. Then she shorted us change back. Pizza was so so. One shot of Titos was $16. What a hot mess. read more

5/27/2019 - Best meal we had at an airport! It's located on Terminal A at the Atlanta airport next to the enormous food court. It's hard to find decent, (and by decent...I mean healthy) at an airport. Not only did we find healthy, we also found wine and live music. The perfect ambience. The staff was great. We ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc while we listened to a gentleman play jazz on the piano. This is Vasarano's pizzeria Piano Bar. Their pizzas looked and smell divine. We ordered their House Salad with chicken, Mixed Greens, Herbs, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Olives, Capers, Mushrooms & Aged Cheeses. This salad was so good, we vowed to recreated at home. As a matter of fact, we recreated the salad this past weekend. YUM! read more

The bartenders are good. The area was pretty full when i was there. It seemed like they only had one server covering floor. The live music was decent. The pianist was excellent. She was very masterful, playing old and new hits from Ariana Grande to Santana. The food I tried, which was a quesadilla and a French Dip, was not good. This unique option offered much needed respite from a busy airport, very few spots to chillax, and a long layover. Our kiddo is advancing, quickly, as a pianist, she actually received her first official scholarship over the summer for free lessons. When we read about a Piano Bar, we up and ran from the meh brewpub we were currently languishing in, and grabbed a seat by the piano. A talented player was taking suggestions and tips, and during breaks he allowed others to play on the bench, as well (no, our kiddo apparently has nerves). The anticipated spendy drink and food options made us drop far more cash over the period of a couple hours than I'm going to attempt to recall. Our server was awesome; she kept coming over and quipping some really fun conversation, and I could see there was a slight synergy of good vibes amongst the entire staff. Ok, we were REALLY impressed with the pizza here! We are both from NJ where pizza is amazing, but the pizza dough here is so good! We asked for a vegan pizza (no cheese or meat) and they made one with sundried tomatoes, red pepper and eggplant which was sliced to perfection(THIN THIN THIN)! All the bar tenders were sweet, and they worked together to get everyone taken care of. Pizza was delicious and reasonably-priced. If you get Alexis, you're extra lucky. The bar is located at a food court I wanted to watch the women soccer World Cup, so bought my food at one of the other restaurants in the same food court, when I ask if they can change channel on one of the TVs located at the food court they said the bartender control them, I went and ask the bartender to please set one of the TVs to what I want it to watch and her answer was oh we watching tennis and I said 8 TVs just for that and she said yes that's right. I stayed eating and looked at two customers watching tv the others were either talking or on their phones. That's is rude as a customer I would think I'm allowed to ask if that can be done, at any bar they always have two sports. Just to add more to my bad experience the bartender was the one watching tv. EH, It was not memorable. I went to a different spot my next trip to Atlanta. Service was slow and food was decent.

1 star because they had 3 good beers. 1 Star because the food we got, minimal for what you pay, was decent. We paid $50 for a grilled cheese, lots of cheese but basic white bread, they forgot the bacon and tomato which is an add on option. They also still charged us because they brought it out later, even though half the sandwich was gone and the tomatoes were two small slices practically frozen. We also got the chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and buffalo sauce and ranch on the side... They came smothered and I don't eat buffalo sauce, at all. We sent them back, we waited another 20 minutes for those. No one apologized, they were annoyed with us. We had a good Arches pale ale on tap and a 3 Taverns IPA in a bottle that were good. I don't expect airport food to be that great, but they were unapologetic for missing half our order and us having to wait around to piece our meals back together.
