Just one small example is,…read moreWhen I told him my doctor up, north said to tell him not to adjust my neck due to carotid artery issues, he yelled at me and said he didn't need to hear what my doctor up north said. Another example is when I first became a new patient, I attended a session that he led in front of other patients and when I mentioned the prior doctor I had been to, he publicly disparaged the doctor in front of everyone. Very unethical. Also, I received a statement from my insurance company showing Dr. Rice filed a claim for services he did not provide.
