The customer service is horrible, prices are outrageous, I would recommend beehive fitness instead, DO NOT go to this place

Jerimiah Hoops terminated my membership after over 20 years of my family being loyal customers. I disputed his continued erroneous billing practices with his "office manager". He claimed that I was to enthusiastic about it with the new woman that runs the front desk. I spoke to her again to insure that I hadn't offended her. She said that I had not. I later received a call from his, normally unobtainable "office manager" informing me of my account termination. I was considering leaving Physiques due to their on going double billing practices and complete lack of management availability. I guess the decision has been made for me. The gym portion of business seems to be less and less of a priority with the owner as the years have progressed. Good riddance. read more

This is by far the best gym in Brigham city. It is located in a large warehouse behind the Shopko. They have all the machines and free weights imaginable. They also have a corner set up for aerobics. Pretty solid spot to get your work out on. read more

Drove 30 minutes, excited for a new program, only to find a gym lacks virtually any COVID protections at the front door. They don't use masks, in any way, not even in a group meeting; they wanted me to use a pen and clipboard immediately after two strangers, without any cleaning or sanitizing; and after I commented about it on the Facebook post that recruited me, they blocked me. I love this gym! It's never crowded so you can always do the workouts you want with the machines you want. It has a great local feel and they are super up front with all the pricing. If you consider the ridiculous fees bigger gyms like vasa sneak in and charge you every month the pricing is very considerable. read more

The gym has a lot of cardio equipment, they have some good free weights, the place is huge. They have a lot of TVs on the walls. They also have a chiropractor office inside, which I believe he is the owner of the gym. The problem with this place is, they are SUPER EXPENSIVE! They are 24 hours which is nice, no wifi, and cell signal sucks inside. So no Pandora or streaming music, you must have an ipod preloaded. They get you by running these ads in the paper saying they are doing a weight loss challenge giving you free this and free that an $800 dollar value , but ask that you pay a small fee to cover the membership. Well it all lures you in, then they also will charge you an arm and a leg to join! For my wife, myself, and my daughter to join it was over 800 for a year. Prepaid for the whole year! That was a family discount and also a discount for paying it all upfront. Month to Month it was 55 for a single person. They also give you a personal trainer you can visit 4-5 times, which was supposed to be for an hour, most of the time he was running over, and he would never give us the full hour. Then on top of it, he would only do it with 4-5 people in a group, waiting on each other to finish one machine. Instead of having us start multiple machines, we sat and watched one person at a time do it. It was a waste! Plus he didn't seem that knowledgeable, and just because he couldn't lift a certain amount he didn't want me to. He was only wanting me to push 200 pounds on the incline sled, yet that was super simple, I put on over 400 and didn't have a problem, yet it was too much for his chicken legs, but he wasn't the one doing it! That is the first thing that made me the most irritated. They let the gym pick the winner of the grand prize for the weight loss program, I didn't think it was right due to the fact that they put up everyone's info on the walls, plus how many times they went into the gym...just their gym obv. Where I travel I only showed up a few times as I use the hotel gym a lot. Needless to say I lost the most but didn't win. :( I was sad to not get the vacation package. I did get a "Nutrition Planner" as 2nd place. Yet it was the most worthless software designed, I could get better results/nutrition using free stuff online. There are other gyms in the area, none of them compare to the size. I would have given these guys a better rating, but they are in the get rich scheme and I would rather drive the opposite direction and go to Planet Fitness for only 10 bucks a month. Thank goodness they re-opened The Body Shop closer to my house! 4 Stars for the Equipment 1 Star for the price. 2 Stars for the personal trainers. 4 Stars for the chiropractor, but don't see him with the "free" package, he only spends about 5 minutes with you then bails. My wife sees him regularly on a paid visit and he will spend a lot more time with you.
