It took a while to book my initial appointment, but it was worth it. All I want is to get my back cracked, I got that and more. In our first consultation, he checked my mobility and movement and assessed that I have a mild form of mechanical pain. He created a treatment plan of 5 sessions and included exercises that would help develop my core to prevent injury during sport/workouts and improve my posture. He went beyond that by providing a brief high-pressure targeted deep massage at the beginning of the first and each subsequent session. I wouldn't say it's relaxing, but I love the pressure. He'll adjust based on your tolerance though my motto is no pain, no gain, so I take it full on. We worked mainly on my upper, lower and mid-back. *TIP* If you want to work on your back, wear a tank top instead of a strappy sports bra. I've been working on those three exercises he taught me each day. I would say they are easy enough to add to your routine and incorporate daily. Oh and it's always wonderful when a clinic charges directly to my insurance, saves all the pain of admin work.

I made the horrible mistake of trusting Integra and Dr. Fahad Alam. I went to see him for cellulite that had bothered me for years. He enticed me to pay approximately $7,500 for three treatments of Sculptra injections, saying he was sure I would be happy with the results and I was excellent candidate. I explained that the cost was a concern, so he offered me a 20% discount if I agreed to take before and after photos for them to show the results. After several emails back and forth going over ALL the details of what the photos would show (no identifiable features), I agreed to it, feeling like it would be worth it in the end to get this problem fixed. I also trusted the Dr. Alam was being genuine and that he could really help me. Then, during the SECOND treatment, I noticed he was filming me!! I was shocked and felt violated. I had no idea they'd film the procedure! He was so apologetic and assured me he would NEVER use the video. A while later, I checked his instagram and he USED A VIDEO OF ME!! I immediately insisted he take it down, which he did and I involved the owner, Sapna Sriram. She insisted the filming part was in the fine print of the form I signed, but they NEVER talked about it with me, despite multiple emails and conversations about what the photos would entail. She then claimed that Dr. Alam didn't show the video from the second time filming, he used the video from the FIRST TIME HE FILMED ME!! What?? That makes it okay?? It was still a video of me that I didn't know was being taken! During my subsequent exchanges with them, they both continuously tried to twist my words and the entire situation to benefit them, including that it was in the fine print, like that somehow makes it okay. Adding to this traumatizing experience, that Dr. Alam did, has made the cellulite WORSE and my buttocks UNEVEN!!!! I now have to pay to get his horrible work fixed. These people showed ZERO integrity or accountability for their work or their unethical actions. I sincerely caution anyone from putting their money and trust in these people.

Their phone and office reception is super helpful and easy to communicate with. Intake is straight forward and the booking website is easy. You can even put in alerts for last minute openings to optimize your benefits. Rebalance offers many options to fit your benefits as they have a wide range of services and pricing. YMMV, my physio service provider was very helpful and listened to all my concerns as well as made tailored rehab workouts available via their preferred app provider - PhysiApp. They also have a shared floor washroom where you can change before/after your appointment. Will be trying out their out services as needed. But so far it has been good progress at once every 4 weeks.

Very knowledgeable and attentive - she hit all my target complaint areas and loosened my knots which put me an intense ZzzZz mode (I may have snored). She gave me some tips on stretches and recommended maintenance sessions in 4-6 weeks. Best part is that there wasn't a lot of oil used, just enough for treatment so I could get dressed and not feel weird for the rest of the day if you are headed back to the office! The office - make no mistake that this is a treatment facility and not a spa so yes chatter could be heard while I was getting my massage so you should be aware of this. Form filing, payment etc is SO efficient and they are on top of it. Direct billing is possible and where not, they advise you. Will be back!

Reagan - for a massage that is out of this world, especially if you like deep tissue vs "light and fluffy". Jumy - for TCM, helped me address some issues through acupuncture and other treatments, which I use as an integral part of my health care. Last but not least, Dr. Lee has been my chiropractor for over 15 years, and he is the reason I first came to the clinic. In that time I have sent my husband, my mother with spinal issues, my grandmother and several other family members to see him. Dr. Lee focuses on the root cause of the problem, never just an "adjustment and done". Over the years, he has helped me recover from a knee injury, repetitive strain in arms and shoulders, back pain. He has also helped me be more aware of my body alignment and areas to strengthen, which keeps me out of his office, rather than in! To support his patients, Dr. Lee is always striving to further his knowledge and techniques, to work in partnership with other health care providers even when they are outside of his clinic, and genuinely cares for his patients and their well being and experience. I gladly continue to come to the Adelaide Clinic as partner in my health care.
