The coaches are AMAZING and being a local mom and business owner, I love that almost every class I go to I know someone. I think the best thing I can say is that the coaches keep you accountable. My dad has been sick so I go through times where I'm a little low and Coach Mike is always sending me texts asking how I'm doing and to try and come in twice this week. Most gyms just want your money and if you don't come in they don't care. Xplicit wants to see you there and if they don't they reach out to see what's up. Makes me feel like I'm not just a member number, but an important member that is cared about. 10/10 recommendation. Also Coach Tasha has put together so many fun activities outside of the gym like Yoga and Hikes. She is my FAVORITE Yoga teacher in our community and love that she is able to bring her practice to Xplicit.

The workout was amazing, that is probably the only positive about my experience here. It was a full body workout, which is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, there was absolutely NO customer service, acknowledgment, greeting, NOTHING! When going to a new gym or studio there is a an initial conversation or greeting some type of acknowledgment - not a thing! I was even spoken to upon me walking in, I actually did all the speaking. As someone that works out often - I am so grateful that I know how to modify and adjust for my body because the instructor did not even ask me if I had any previous injuries, if I had anything that was bothering me, didn't even acknowledge me as being someone new in her class. I am only giving a 2-star rating because I truly appreciated the workout, as yoga sculpt is something that I really wanted to try out for a while. Customer service, experience, and acknowledgment is everything. As someone that is a gym manager myself I know how important it is for a customer to be seem, especially if they are planning to spend money there. None of that happened for me and will not be back!

I've been working out here for three years and have experienced my transformation physically and mentally. I began fun 2019 at 225lbs and now I am at 145lbs. They coach you on nutrition alongside your program that's built for you based on your goals. I have had a full lifestyle change with the help of EF and the knowledge they share as they train you and do more than just instruct but teach. Most importantly your program is not just about reaching aesthetic goals but strengthening your muscles and joints so you can be stronger and healthier each day. I would recommend this to anyone but also to those who feel that weight loss and living healthier seems impossible as I felt. With the emotional support of the team at EF I was able To reach my goals and I continue to maintain them with the tools I have been taught.

This is a wonderful place to work out for those needing guidance and a boost of encouragement to begin working out. I loved the following: *foam rolling session- empowering *mobility stretches *inclusive environment *encouraging trainers- Sam, Mo, and Ashley! *nice facility *each written out program is "customized" for each person *flexible with my busy work schedule What could use improvement/suggestions: *communication- mostly done through text and last messages sent to owner were not responded to. *follow-through- was under the impression that I would be receiving weekly nutrition coaching calls and a life coaching session. We had a brief call the second week, and I did not feel guided in that area as much as I would have liked. *Would have enjoyed working out on Saturday evening /Sundays
