I drove up to 90 minutes per session and as hard as that was- it was worth it! Kelly is in one word: AMAZING! After some hard sessions over a few months, she helped bring my chronic pain (for 14 years!) from a 8-9 out of 10 to a 0-2 out of 10! I would wake up writhing in pain from my back. It felt like muscle spasms. Throughout the day, if find myself making funny movements to stretch. I felt tired all the time...and grouchy. At our first session, she immediately found my tender points and quickly figured out the cause! Bad posture from: carrying heavy backpacks, sitting improperly during long commutes, and just from sitting. Between manual therapy and dry-needling, she fixed the problem! She had me order a foam roller to stretch my back at home, encouraged yoga since it helped, taught me proper posture (how embarrassing), and home exercises to maintain our progress. I haven't seen her in almost 9 months and I keep improving on my own. The change in my life is indescribable: I'm sleeping well, have lost over 10 pounds (I have the energy to make healthier meals and to walk), I'm more engaged with my family, and just feel like a happier person! Terrible. First went there before I had a diagnosis and the Therapist said it was piriformis…read moresyndrome and treated me for that. He did dry needling ( which he called acupuncture) and was given some specific exercises. Had MRI and found out I had 2 herniated discs. Went back and saw a different therapist. Brought in a new referral with my diagnosis. Handed that to receptionist. Told her I now had a diagnosis and what it was. She was very dismissive, did not look at the diagnosis (with Dr's notes) so I told her I have 2 herniated discs. She said it didn't matter, it was the same treatment and proceeded to place me on a bicycle and left me there for 20 minutes. She then attempted to hook me to a traction device which she apparently didn't do correctly because it wasn't doing anything. She then gave me a printout of exercises to do and didn't even attempt to instruct me on how to do them. This place is a joke. Ended up going to a different place where the Therapist does some hands on therapy and gentle manipulations and actually instructs on how to do the prescribed exercises. Completely different treatment and specific for me and my diagnosis. She said it was way too soon to be on a bike and the exercises given to me by the other Therapist did more harm than good. Please don't go here!

Coming inside, I was greeted by their beautiful staff and they had me smiling and laughing. It made me feel superrrrr welcome. It was a pretty good experience. I went to get a DOT physical for my CDL to stay active and valid. The process was smooth. From start to finish , I was in and out in an hour. Flat. I filled out some medical forms and sat for about 10-15 min before being greeted again and called back. It wasn't packed of super busy like other places I've been to before. It was a sigh of relief lol. Once I was in the back I proceeded to complete my tests and spoke with the provider. Her personality was so pure. They care about their patients and took very good care of me. I'm grateful for the staff. It wasn't a moment of dead air.
