I have been around for a few years and I'm not easily impressed nor do I give complements very often or very freely. With that being said I find the Riverdale Branch of Benchmark Physical Therapy Outstanding. We all know the saying about First Impressions, well the two ladies at the front desk are the epitome of what their job should be. They make you feel welcome and put you at ease when you first walk thru the door. A very important attribute, yet even Paramount, when you are hurt, feeling bad and are in search help and relief. A far cry from what you will experience from a lot of medical type facilities now days were you are often made to feel like you are just another number and even like you are annoying or bothering them! Way to DO IT RIGHT ladies!!!!
The PT's are all caring, gregarious, friendly and always smiling. Not to mention know their stuff!!! They work unbelievably well as a team to ensure you get not just the basics, but also address and provide you with any special needs or requirements you may have or request!! Once again, very rare now days with the ME Generation running things! I am very impressed with the Attributes and Character traits they display, ones that I have come to believe where lost long ago.
To put it in a more simple form: In a world full of Pollution and Smog, these ladies are Truly a BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!!! Not sure how one could improve on that or why one would even try!! I Very Highly Recommend this facility as a must if you need PT treatment or assistance with recovery from and injury!!
Anyone that knows me understands that I do not give complements or recommendations lightly or very often. But when I do they should be taken very seriously. Over the years I have earned a reputation of be straight to the point, no nonsense and subzero tolerance for foolishness and fronting.
So DO YOUSELF A FAVOR go to the Riverdale Branch of Benchmark Physical Therapy for your recovery needs!!!
