No hay por parte del Dr. Una entrevista una revisión de mi lesión y verificar si he tenido avance o no, ni siquiera por no dejar que solo pasara para saludarme y ni esto. Lo peor es que fui a consulta el dia 24 de diciembre y acudí por la tarde a recoger el medicamento y resulta que no enviaron la receta, el dia 26 me comunico al consultorio para reclamar el por que no han enviado la receta y solo me piden disculpas ya que se les olvido. El dia dehoy 28 de diciembre acudi a la farmacia y resulta que la receta la enviaron solo por 14 pastillas cuando el tratamiento son 90 pastillas, realizaron mal la receta. Lamentablemente esta es la tercera ocasión que me sucede esto. Yo cuento con una aseguranza, pero le he sido fiel al Dr. Ya que en un principio me ayudo bastante con mi problema pero la situacion a cambiado y no estoy recibiendo una atención de calidad y el pago es alto por consulta. I drove up to 90 minutes per session and as hard as that was- it was worth it! Kelly is in one word: AMAZING! After some hard sessions over a few months, she helped bring my chronic pain (for 14 years!) from a 8-9 out of 10 to a 0-2 out of 10! I would wake up writhing in pain from my back. It felt like muscle spasms. Throughout the day, if find myself making funny movements to stretch. I felt tired all the time...and grouchy. At our first session, she immediately found my tender points and quickly figured out the cause! Bad posture from: carrying heavy backpacks, sitting improperly during long commutes, and just from sitting. Between manual therapy and dry-needling, she fixed the problem! She had me order a foam roller to stretch my back at home, encouraged yoga since it helped, taught me proper posture (how embarrassing), and home exercises to maintain our progress. I haven't seen her in almost 9 months and I keep improving on my own. The change in my life is indescribable: I'm sleeping well, have lost over 10 pounds (I have the energy to make healthier meals and to walk), I'm more engaged with my family, and just feel like a happier person! I spoke two times she didn't speak , she waited a like 2 minutes and responded back to my greeting, she never acknowledged me when I walked up to her desk she continued her conversation on the phone ,she only handed me paperwork to foll out, another customer walked to her desk he spoke also to her she didn't speak back, she only asked him what he was there for, I am fully aware of genuine and fake energy she speaks well but her actions doesn't match up.

Coming inside, I was greeted by their beautiful staff and they had me smiling and laughing. It made me feel superrrrr welcome. It was a pretty good experience. I went to get a DOT physical for my CDL to stay active and valid. The process was smooth. From start to finish , I was in and out in an hour. Flat. I filled out some medical forms and sat for about 10-15 min before being greeted again and called back. It wasn't packed of super busy like other places I've been to before. It was a sigh of relief lol. Once I was in the back I proceeded to complete my tests and spoke with the provider. Her personality was so pure. They care about their patients and took very good care of me. I'm grateful for the staff. It wasn't a moment of dead air.
