These treatments did not work for me and I believe only perpetuated further dimpling and indentations to my legs at the application site. I believe my legs were scarred and personally, I feel my legs look worse after receiving these treatments. I followed their protocol for the full 12 weeks, which consisted of exercise, eating healthy and drinking lots of water. I opted not to return after I began to see the unsightly impressions that were left on my legs, and for being told to massage them out and to drink more water. I regret ever entrusting my appearance to this process. I work many hours to earn that kind of money, and it was definitely not worth it for me. I have just completed the 40-day HCG program and am very happy with the results. This is a strict eating plan for sure, but also easy to follow with a bit of meal prep. I have tried many weight loss plans and this was the quickest and most effective for me. Counselors were extremely helpful with ideas for managing social situations, and they kept an eye on muscle vs fat loss so that I feel this was a healthy plan.
