Meghann, Corey and the rest of the staff at Trivida are helpful and motivated to help with any issue(s) their clients have. Unlike a traditional doctors office Trivida gets to the root of problems clients face. They use advanced testing to see the full picture of each persons health. The office is open and there are spaces for consultations as well as evaluations and exercise. The parking lot for the building is shared by many and has a lot of space. read more

Trivida Functional Medicine - Nutritionists Near Me - Centennial, Colorado

Good, quality care, but looking back, I could have found this information out on my way, for WAY cheaper. I ended up going into debt over this program because I was so stuck on fixing my problems, not realizing I should have put the time in upfront to do my research, and the services offered, I can do with my primary care for a fraction of the cost. In other words, it sounds like the best program ever, but don't go into debt over it. You can find cheaper, better alternatives at your fingertips. In my opinion, I felt like I wasted my money. The internet has very valuable information out there if you're looking to change aspects of your life. More than anything, I feel stupid for being brainwashed into spending all this money for a program that I felt was over priced anyways. DO YOUR RESEARCH before committing to this program if you're on the fence. read more

Everyone you will speak to is so kind and attentive. You have a discovery call with Meghann and then a full blow consultation with Corey. When I arrived at the office they showed me around, educated me on the space and the equipment and then showed me their wall of fame where clients who completed their programs have written about their experiences. Once inside my consultation room (which is nicely decorated with cute couches and has essential oils diffusing) I was offered water, a blanket and a heater. Literally the nicest hospitality ever, regardless of healthcare. Corey spent TWO HOURS with me delving into my intake form, talking about mental health and their approach to care. He was sympathetic, informative and kind. At the end of the consult he sent me home with a list of the tests they conduct, their healthcare partners, a list of books and more. It's not a fit at this time from a cost perspective but I hope to make it work in 2023. I obviously didnt receive care but the transparency, attentiveness and knowledge I have experienced from the get-go tells me that the hall of famers showcased in the office arent lying. read more

Went for a consultation maybe 4-5 weeks ago!!!! Very caring and takes your time with you and had a solution . This is the type of medical care everyone should get . Unfortunately they don't take insurance I knew it would be expensive but it was too expensive for me right now . One day I really want to go back and get the treatment plan because I know long term it's worth it but right now I just can't afford it . If your looking for a different kind of medical treatment someone who truly cares and wants a solution and to get you as healthy as possible and not just give you another pill this is the place just expect to pay a pretty penny but I'm sure worth every penny . read more

I have seen incredible results in the patients I've sent to them and have never had a single person leave dissatisfied with their experience due to the level of care or the fairness of cost. This team is professional and compassionate, the place is state-of-the-art and the service exceeds expectations. If you're looking for a place to get back to the health you've always wanted- or want to take your current health to the next level- you deserve the care Trivida will provide. read more

We can't recommend Trivida and Corey, Mollie, Adam and Megan enough. I am 29 and didn't truly have anything too wrong with me but I started going to Corey because I wanted to start doing some preventative health care and taking ownership of my health. All of that to say, it changed my life. In the words of my mom, she said "your 40 and 50 and 60 year old self will be so thankful you did this." I learned so much about my body, habits and lifestyle. I am so grateful for Corey because he found certain things that traditional doctors would've either taken forever to find or would never find until it was a full blown health issue. Mollie really helped me identify my eating habits and she was SO good about taking my lifestyle and coming up with an actual realistic plan. For the first time ever, I learned how I could still eat what I want and keep some of my habits (for example, I love snacking!) but she taught me how to do it in the healthiest and most balanced way possible. Andy made workouts that fit what my body needed. They truly create a plan that works for YOU, your lifestyle, and habits. I would recommend anyone coming here who has family history of illness (especially thyroid, autoimmune, heart, mental health & gut related issues!), who wants to age well and healthy, and who wants to be the best versions of themselves. For those of you who are older, it's never too late and Corey will help with any health issues you have. For those of you who are young like me and don't have truly anything too wrong, do yourself a favor and come!! I have friends who are older who said they wish they would've invested in themselves with a program like this because it would've made their quality of life so much better. It is expensive but it is so worth it and the cost doesn't even compare to the cost that you would pay if you don't come...it's truly invaluable and worth it! Also, each person on the team truly cares about you. It's genuine and authentic and you'll feel really known and care for each time you visit. The service is outstanding and the level of care is unmatched! They are so passionate about each patient finding health and wholeness and I never once felt rushed. Also, they came highly recommended by my traditional primary doctor so they have an incredible reputation in the medical community, which says a lot! Very grateful for team Trivida! read more

OK, I am one of the many who hate to work out, but I hated my 51 year old flabby body more, so after grabbing a donut at Dunkin Donuts, which Trivida is right by (true story), I went in and signed up for year of heck! I stopped eating donuts and followed their nutritional advice and their exercise regiment, and by golly, I lost 3 dress sizes and about 10 pounds. I gained so much muscle and even more self confidence. My husband had even better results. Love Corey and Meaghann. They CARE. And their staff is incredible. So so so glad I went to Trivida. Highly recommend if you want to lose inches and weight and gain self confidence and energy! read more

I give Trivida my highest recommendation! When I began working with Corey, I had a wide range of goals to accomplish. Some were medical concerns requiring a change in diet, while others were related to fitness, especially getting my knees back into shape. Because of his background in both the medical field and as a personal trainer, I have achieved tremendous results! The amazing instructors gear each class to the needs of each student and I love this personalized approach. Trivida provides a fun and supportive environment, while also pushing it's students on for even better performance and results. This formula has worked wonders for me... thanks to everyone at Trivida! read more

The team at Trivida takes care to a whole new level. This group is passionate about ME and they will be passionate about YOU too! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family. Family who want you to succeed and live the best life you possibly can. Corey and Meghann invested in me the moment I started and they helped me review and examine every aspect of my life to help me be the best I can be. They are good at what they do and in 6 weeks I lost 7% body fat and was feeling amazing! I even got to bring my 5 year old daughter to classes when I couldn't find child care. Work outs were great and customized to meet everyone's needs in the semi private classes. Nutrition support was spot on and always available and any questions I had the team would explain complex physiology to me in ways I could understand. The best part though is the support and motivation to get up, show up and do more every day! Trivida is THE BEST in whole body care. Hands down. read more
