They misdiagnosed me and and charged me at the door when my insurance would have covered it.

This place is a joke. Waited for an hour just to find out they don't accept cash. Receptionist was an idiot!

The staff was courteous and friendly, we were able to check in ahead of time online from home, and we were seen fairly quickly.

I was most graciously told about another 1.5 hours. I would recommend waiting it out until you can see your PCP or if it's bad enough emergency. This really is a full waste of time. You have to plan for hours in addition to being ill. I don't want to come off as a complainer, but if you know the facts, you can make informed decisions. Had I known it would be near 4 hours in my car, that appointments which they recommended and requested weren't being honored, I would have stayed home in bed or called my PCP. I know that everyone is having staffing issues, coupled with the recent horrible weather, but the lack of full transparency isn't acceptable to me. Lastly, stay safe, whatever that means for you, stay safe. This really is an awful feeling.

My 2022 invoices keep showing a drug screen I took in 2021. They are assuring me that I was not…read morecharged for a drug screen but they are refusing to take this off my invoice. When asked, they show this drug screen was for a pre-employment check and the insurance ran for the drug screen belongs to that employer. They keep telling me to talk to the billing department. However, the billing department says they aren't responsible for information in my account. They told me to call the other insurance I do not have. My insurance that I do have initially refused to pay for my March 2022 visit BECAUSE REDIMED TOLD THEM THE PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN WAS MY INSURANCE. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL MY INSURANCE SO I DID. My insurance told me they do not have any other insurance on record for me. I called my old boss and they said they stopped covering me in December 2021. So that insurance should not be listed in my account for March 2022. Redimed finally sent me a second bill and the date on it is 6/6/22 but I did not get it till today. It still has the drug screen listed as insurance used for this visit. I tried to talk to them today but they insisted I have $33 outstanding. Which is interesting because originally they said the entire bill was my responsibility. I called my insurance again and they said the March 2022 visit was approved 4/18/22. So why did Redimed wait till 6/6/22 to send me this statement? They are insuring me they are not charging me for a drug screen while still refusing to give me a corrected invoice with the drug screen removed, or a itemized invoice to prove they did not charge my insurance for the drug screen either. At this point, I have no choice but to pay the $33 to get them to shut up, never visit their clinic again since they will continue to put this drug screen on my future visits and send these invoices to the FBI to let them know Redimed refuses to take a 2021 drug screen off my account and invoices. They keep acting like I am the problem, but you an research medical fraud on the DOJ or FBI website and these coding issues are often seen where there is insurance fraud committed by a medical provider. If Redimed is NOT committing insurance fraud, why won't they remove this from my account and my invoices?

NP Cinamon was also so informative and kind with the beginning stages of my pregnancy. The overall care at this location from the staff is wonderful. I couldn't have had a better first pregnancy experience. Pediatrics - Recommend Dr. Will. She was at the hospital when I delivered my baby and made sure baby wasn't developing jaundice when I left the hospital for almost a week. She is very soft spoken and was comforting to me as a first time parent. It's not easy having a child, but having a great Dr. makes all the difference.

Because they told me the vaccination can be walk in can doesn't need to make an appointment. I went there directly and I have to wait almost one hour to get them out and see me. These are my second dose of MMR and varicella. Last time I took the vaccine is on 05/22. It has been 30 days since my last visit. But they said they can't give me the vaccine because their guideline is 31 days apart. And today is 30 days apart. They asked me to come next Monday, But I told them I will go abroad, I have to finish it within this weekend. So they ask me to go to the "liberty Mills" office tomorrow. I want to make sure I can get the vaccine before I go abroad. So I drive to "liberty Mills" office. The front desk said they won't provide vaccine for walk in patient. They are quite surprise these nurses don't know it and ask me to go their office. The person in the "liberty Mills" office recommend me to get the super shot. So I drive another 30 minutes to the office on New vision Drive. And the front desk people told me super shot people will only be there on Saturday morning. I called super shot, no one answered the call. They called me back one hour later and told me they don't have MMR. They ask me to go to CVS or Walgreen to get MMR. Finally I went CVS minute clinic and they give the MMR, yes they only have MMR. Both the super shot people and the CVS minute clinic people told me 4 weeks apart for both vaccine "MMR" and "varicella" are fine. you can imagine how busy I am today, I traveled from here to there. At night, from the documents the manger in this office gave to me, I found out even US department of Health and Human Services Centers for disease control and Prevention (CDC) said 28 days apart for both "MMR" and "varicella" I totally don't understand why the nurses and the manger in this office said it should be 31 days apart!

In 2022 I called to schedule an appointment because I found out I was pregnant . The receptionist was the most unpleasant person. I explained to her that I was pregnant, and she pretty much told me that it was unlikely because I had a period. (I was having periods will pregnant). After a few minutes of feeling like I was wasting her time, the appointment was scheduled. Less than a week later I miscarried. I did not cancel my appointment. (I was not okay) . It is 2025 and I want to take the steps to starting a family. I called to schedule. It was the same receptionist. As I was talking she cut me off to say "you did not show up for your last appointment. The doctor is a very busy women you that took away from other women in need". I accidentally cried over the phone. She was in fact the least compassionate person I have had to deal with and has always been that way. I did not feel welcomed then nor when I was 18 and seeking birth control. Please keep doing your research ladies. Go to a clinic where you feel welcomed and comfortable in the beginning. Do not let them guilt you nor gaslight you. Do not let them speak to you this way. Do not let them tell you that you need admitted when you are seeking help due to menopause like they did to my mother. The doctor's I have dealt with were nice but the nurses and reception set the tone. I should not end a phone call about starting a family crying from guilt. Please do better for yourself and your future family.
