I used the self check kiosk and waited, not long, but I waited. Shortly thereafter, an employee comes from the back to address my appointment. I was in and out in no time flat, that I appreciate. The employee was curt and not friendly, to say the least. I didn't take offense, I know that to be her demeanor, I'd seen her at the other location over the weekend and that appears to be her norm. I likely will not return to this location. I didn't feel comfortable all around.

Apparently, none of the staff showed up for work, with the exception of a floater from Indianapolis. She didn't have keys so she too was waiting outside. It's now 8:36, 10 people are still outside and the floater is still waiting with them.

My hunny showed up to get his blood drawn, no computers in the entire building were working. Waited there for hours and they couldn't get anything to work. Their computers werent working, their Wi-Fi wasn't working, lights weren't all working, and he waited patiently as they said they couldn't find what they needed and had to fill it all out by hand. Didn't have the best experience, but thought okay that's not absolutely horrible, it's way cheaper than hospital so we'll deal to save money.. WRONG!!! We get our bill way later, and even though they quoted me LESS THAN $200, I get a bill for almost $500!! I was so upset, I called to talk to them and I was nothing but nice, then I got a little frustrated so I said how is that fair, how is that right? That you quoted me $200 so I go there instead of the hospital and get it done and I get a bill for almost triple the amount? The same as the hospital?? That's not ok. How is this ok?? And on top of that it was a week later, and I didn't see any of his results and I had to call to get them released to me. The lady was very very rude and disrespectful. But eventually, she said okay how about $200, is that okay? And I'm like well yeah that's what you originally quoted me, Im thinking I mean it's like $30 more but sure fine thinking I don't want to deal with this so it's worth it. So I paid it, and asked if she could send me a receipt stating that I paid off the entire balance and she said yes. So over a week later, we get a bill in the mail saying we payed $200 on it and that I owe another $300!?! Are you kidding me??? And to make matters even worse, it's well over two weeks later and his doctor STILL doesn't even have any of his results!!! What's going on?! HOW are they still in business!? HOW is this ok???? BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT GO HERE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!

She found my difficult to find vein on the first time and eased by dislike of needles. I am a fan of the team here!! I'm not a fan of the facility though. The frontage signage is poor. You really have to hunt for to find it. The facility VERY dated!! In fact....it has a stale-old odor that is over powering. The colors are drab and not welcoming. The carpeting needed a good cleaning and/or replaced. The waiting room was kind of cold & unwelcoming in appearance. I'm not a fan of this facility. However, I'd go back because of the team and how they respected my time. Note...get an appointment on line before you go!!!!

My mother and I have been patients within Women's Health Advantage for years. I have not had a…read morepleasant experience since my Original OB left. In 2022 I called to schedule an appointment because I found out I was pregnant . The receptionist was the most unpleasant person. I explained to her that I was pregnant, and she pretty much told me that it was unlikely because I had a period. (I was having periods will pregnant). After a few minutes of feeling like I was wasting her time, the appointment was scheduled. Less than a week later I miscarried. I did not cancel my appointment. (I was not okay) . It is 2025 and I want to take the steps to starting a family. I called to schedule. It was the same receptionist. As I was talking she cut me off to say "you did not show up for your last appointment. The doctor is a very busy women you that took away from other women in need". I accidentally cried over the phone. She was in fact the least compassionate person I have had to deal with and has always been that way. I did not feel welcomed then nor when I was 18 and seeking birth control. Please keep doing your research ladies. Go to a clinic where you feel welcomed and comfortable in the beginning. Do not let them guilt you nor gaslight you. Do not let them speak to you this way. Do not let them tell you that you need admitted when you are seeking help due to menopause like they did to my mother. The doctor's I have dealt with were nice but the nurses and reception set the tone. I should not end a phone call about starting a family crying from guilt. Please do better for yourself and your future family.
