I used the self check kiosk and waited, not long, but I waited. Shortly thereafter, an employee comes from the back to address my appointment. I was in and out in no time flat, that I appreciate. The employee was curt and not friendly, to say the least. I didn't take offense, I know that to be her demeanor, I'd seen her at the other location over the weekend and that appears to be her norm. I likely will not return to this location. I didn't feel comfortable all around.

Apparently, none of the staff showed up for work, with the exception of a floater from Indianapolis. She didn't have keys so she too was waiting outside. It's now 8:36, 10 people are still outside and the floater is still waiting with them.

For a year, no one call back with questions I have. The people who answer the phones 24/7 are all over the country taking these calls while sitting at home and know absolutely nothing. I went there a few months ago to have my ear cleaned out and the nurse couldn't get anything out, so I had to go home and get the earwax out myself. I have an appt. For tomorrow and wanted to make sure the vaccines I need are available. Of course the lady said she didn't know and someone would call me back by 5pm. Of course, no one called, so I will cancel the appt. and get the vaccines at Walgreens. They are also horrible about refilling prescriptions. They kept declining a nasal spray (which can be had OTC), on the 3rd request they finally approved it. If you want to see your records, you have to use the CVS app, not Oak Street. If you want a real run around and confusing mess, come here. If you want a good experience, DON'T come here. If I could rate less than 0 stars, I would. They are not worthy of 1 star! Also, if you've ever seen their ads, there is some old guy dancing around like he's 30 and saying he feels so good because of care at Oak Street, don't believe any of it. The Oak Street I go to on,Washington St. In Fort Wayne has a waiting room full of folks ready to check out, so their ad is propaganda and extremely misleading!

I had an appointment for a particular time and a technician came out exactly 1 minute before my appointment time. They were right on time and very punctual. The technician who drew my blood, Jill, was very friendly and courteous. She took the time to make sure she had a good vein in my arm and did the blood draw quickly and efficiently. Overall this was a very quick efficient and professional experience. I would highly recommend this LabCorp location for any outpatient testing you need.

My hunny showed up to get his blood drawn, no computers in the entire building were working. Waited there for hours and they couldn't get anything to work. Their computers werent working, their Wi-Fi wasn't working, lights weren't all working, and he waited patiently as they said they couldn't find what they needed and had to fill it all out by hand. Didn't have the best experience, but thought okay that's not absolutely horrible, it's way cheaper than hospital so we'll deal to save money.. WRONG!!! We get our bill way later, and even though they quoted me LESS THAN $200, I get a bill for almost $500!! I was so upset, I called to talk to them and I was nothing but nice, then I got a little frustrated so I said how is that fair, how is that right? That you quoted me $200 so I go there instead of the hospital and get it done and I get a bill for almost triple the amount? The same as the hospital?? That's not ok. How is this ok?? And on top of that it was a week later, and I didn't see any of his results and I had to call to get them released to me. The lady was very very rude and disrespectful. But eventually, she said okay how about $200, is that okay? So over a week later, we get a bill in the mail saying we payed $200 on it and that I owe another $300!?! Are you kidding me??? And to make matters even worse, it's well over two weeks later and his doctor STILL doesn't even have any of his results!!! What's going on?! HOW are they still in business!? HOW is this ok???? You really have to hunt for to find it. The facility VERY dated!! In fact....it has a stale-old odor that is over powering. The colors are drab and not welcoming. The carpeting needed a good cleaning and/or replaced. The waiting room was kind of cold & unwelcoming in appearance. I'm not a fan of this facility. I am very disappointed with my experience at Women's Health Advantage. I had an appointment…read morescheduled for 11:00 a.m. and was specifically instructed to arrive at 10:45 a.m. to complete any necessary paperwork. When I arrived at 10:45 a.m. to check in, the receptionist told me that I was late and that my appointment was actually scheduled for 10:30 a.m. I had received a confirmation message several days before my appointment showing the appointment time I was given, and I tried to show the receptionist the email to explain that there appeared to be an error in their system. She was rude and would not even look at the email I was trying to show her. Because of the scheduling issue, I was told that I would have to wait until everyone else was seen before I could be seen, even though I arrived at the time I was instructed to arrive. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt this situation was unfair. The manager apologized, but the response felt dismissive, and I did not feel that anyone took responsibility for the inconvenience or the possibility that I could miss my appointment because of an error on their end. I understand that scheduling mistakes can happen, but I expected the staff to listen, review the confirmation I had received, and treat me with basic courtesy. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and as though my time did not matter. I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled in the future so other patients do not have the same experience.
