1) Took 1 hour to get seen by a Dr. 2) The Dr. sent a completely wrong prescription to CVS (SOMEONE ELSES INFORMATION/MED) 3) Called TWICE and each time they said they would call me before 3pm and never did--had to call TWO MORE times before getting it handled. Place is terrible. Took our 10 year old in with upper respiratory infection the NP who seen him said just toughen up and get thru it. His cough and sore throat is so bad he wakes up at 2am and literally gets sick from coughing so much. Said no he looks fine yet says upper infection on his check out sheet. absolutely disgusting doctors. i went in for full body hives i have been dealing with for a day with no relief from antibiotics. the doctor came in and looked at them and said "looks like someone had breakfast lunch and dinner" insinuating i had bug bites. ive had a previous inspection recently and was completely cleared of any signs of anything. i also have 3 people in my home who haven't been "bitten" while i waited i continued to develop more hives on my hands and arms. by the time i had gotten home i had over 50+ hives covering me head to toe. her comment was not only rude but extremely unprofessional. i was obviously offended by her comment and understood why she thought that's what could be causing the hives but ive had hives all my life and know when i need to seek treatment for a steroid shot. pics below of some of the more severe hives i have. read more

Do not waste your time going to this place. Just wasted two hours waiting for a laceration to the eyebrow for them to say "We can't do facial sutures here." Our whole reason for being there was a facial laceration and the secretary couldn't even tell us that they can't take care of us. We are traveling through the area and had to make a visit to Physicians Urgent Care Clinic. Staff was professional, attentive and thorough. Not to mention I was seen as soon as I had completed the registration process. I couldn't ask for anything more. I hope I don't need to be seen anytime soon again, but I have no issues returning to this clinic should I need to. read more

Horrible urgent care. Took my 1 year old there Friday and they told me there was nothing wrong with him. I asked them to check his ears because he had been pulling at them, putting his hands over them, etc. and he had a high grade fever on and off for 3 days. They called it an upper respiratory infection. Not even 48 hours later, he was beyond lethargic and screaming when awake /not letting me put him down. Monday morning we were able to get into his primary dr and his ear drum had burst and he had an ear infection that whole week prior the dr at urgent care was In the room for 2 minutes max and not to mention the fake nurses or whatever you want to call the office staff had me fill out the paperwork on my phone in the office even though I got there right when they opened, was the first appointment that I had made at 6am online and they were standing there watching me giggling while I was trying to contain my 15 month old and mess around in my phone filling it out because they can't do their own job. 0/10 recommend. read more

I filled out registration online waited 30 minutes before calling. I had been kicked out of their system. The receptionist sounded like it was my fault for not finishing the registration. Got x-rays, was diagnosed with a sprained hand and wrist. Gave me a brace and a work note with the only restriction being to wear the brace at all times while at work. The doctor told me to use common sense while working. Didn't give me any pain meds. When my work asked for more specific restrictions, I called and was told that since it wasn't a work related injury they couldn't give me specific restrictions. read more

I'm highly disappointed on the employee that you decide to hire to answer the phone calls. I have been in dire need of a Cortizone shot. I had it approved by my insurance but it was only approved until February 16 and during that time I developed a horrible staff infection from a surgery I recently had and caused me to miss my Cortizone shot. I have been called my primary doctor in order to get recertified for the shot. I have waited three days now I have missed three days with the work due to pain and agony, stress, emotional drought so my next option was to call somewhere else to see what they could do to help me and maybe possibly speed up the process I went onto physicians, urgent, cares website and it spoke about the Cortizone shot. I didn't call the Elkhart office inquiring about it a girl named Shannon, who is crappy with me and told me that I was calling the wrong place. I reassured her that I wasn't calling the wrong place because I obtain the phone number from the website that spoke about the Cortizone shot. She then less and ask another employee who don't do Cortizone shots here do we ha, ha ha ha ha And I can hear the other girl the background say no I said Shannon got back on the phone and I said Shannon I didn't say you guys did do the Cortizone shots there I said but I need to have an assessment can I schedule an assessment so that way they can refer me to somebody they can give me the Cortizone shot after I explained my whole story and situation she didn't told me well. You shouldn't call here you should've first called your primary care doctor if you think you needed the Cortizone shot Well no crap Shannon I did do that already but since things are moving along, I thought I couldn't trust within physicians care least upon what your website said, so I highly recommend you speak to your employees who answers the phone and maybe advise a manager, the process the steps prior to making her own decisions what I should've done and could've done . read more

Had covid test done here. Ended up being a false positive. I wonder if it's because the nurse didn't change her gloves after swabbing me and before going to the next car, or if it's because she didn't put my swab in a vial, instead she put it back in the paper sleeve without my name on it so she could have gotten it mixed up with the patient in the next car. Thanks to you guys my kids will be in quarantine for 24 days losing multiple days of school and activities because the school won't recognize the more accurate correct negative test that I received after I didn't trust the test received from you. read more

Made an appointment online for 9:20 am. I arrived at 9:00 am and checked in. At first my wait time was 10-15 minutes. As time went on, my wait time increased to almost 50 minutes and there was only one other person ahead of me. I inquired about the added wait time and was told that they had to call someone in. We have been going there for over a year and have noticed that we are being charged for services we didn't have done. I have told the office several times I was NOT getting any email notification about the charges and I still have not gotten any. Beware!! Service without insurance is $125, while the same service with insurance is over $300.00. Seems like an overcharge to the insurance company and those with coverage.
