I trusted his judgement and so far have been very satisfied. I have had to see his nurse instead of him once but that is okay, most usually they allow you more time and attention that the physician himself can. The office is a little strange with the waiting area basically being a hallway and with social distancing the space is a bit uncomfortable.

Last Tuesday I had my annual checkup scheduled for 11am. Shortly after 11am I was called back to get my blood pressure and weight taken. I was then placed in a second waiting area for another twenty minutes or so--thankfully there was another woman sitting there I could talk to. Eventually I was led into my room. And then I was left there. For at least another 25 minutes. I don't know about everyone else, but when someone is over an hour late for a scheduled appointment, I get irritated. And what really irked me was the fact that Dr. Digiorgi wasn't even apologetic when she came in. She simply retorted that I should always expect a gynecologist appointment to take a minimum of two to three hours out of my day. Seriously? That's absurd! She's not a cable company--unless she'd prefer to be compared to Comcast, which I will gladly do. Well excuse me, but her time is not more valuable than mine. I'm sure if I were late to my appointment, they would make me reschedule. Whatever happened to doctors being respectful of other people's time? Is it just in Florida? When I lived in the Arlington, VA area this rarely (if ever) happened. If someone is running well over an hour behind, the office should be notifying patients when they sign in. Guess who had to miss a meeting due to the lackadaisical actions of her gynecologist? Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to Dr. Digiorgi's office.

I have never in my 64 years had a Doctor so caring and through. His mind is filled with details that he lays out there for you in a orderly fashion. He is NOT someone who is pill or vaccine crazy preferring to rely on your own immune system to fight infections. Dr. Tritel took on my complex case and has done a tremendous job working over the last 6 months in developing me a strong medical team, in tandem with his work. Life saver, literally. My husband and I became patients of Dr. Tritel and his practice…read moreapproximately 2 yrs. ago. We interviewed other concierge practices in the Lee/Collier vicinity and it was apparent in the 1st meeting that we were a perfect fit. We couldn't be more pleased with his exceptional, professional and thorough care. While we are very healthy 69 and 70 yr. olds, unexpected things occur. As exceedingly careful as we have been throughout this pandemic, we were exposed to and contracted Covid-19. When my condition deteriorated to a very concerning level, my husband called Dr. Tritel who immediately responded and intervened. He assessed the conditions my husband was explaining over the phone, and calmly and with absolute conviction advised my husband to call 9-1-1 to get me to the hospital immediately. I was admitted, diagnosed with double pneumonia and with Dr. Tritel's intervention and constant communication with the hospital and my husband, received the utmost care and the Remdesivir treatment and Convalescent Plasma through the clinical trial in place between the hospital and the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Tritel was pro-active in seeking these treatments on my behalf. We are 100 percent convinced this would not have occurred without Dr. Tritel. While he will not take credit for saving my life, I am stating for you in this review that is very much the case. We were beyond pleased with our relationship with Dr. Tritel prior to this life changing experience; we are now beyond grateful to Him for his dedication to his patients and our care. She explains the reasons behind her recommendations and easily switches between chatting and getting right back to focus on the health issues you came to see her about. She follows through as promised and her staff is prompt in relaying messages and responding to you. She actually took time during my first appointment to recommend a specialist (who accepted our insurance) for my husband, when I explained he was having trouble getting a referral from his doctor.
