Physicians assistant gave good care.Receptionist was helpful.There wasn't a long wait to be seen.

I use physicians immediate care center as my go to urgent care. Every physician I have seen has been extremely knowledgable, skilled, and caring. I needed stitches on my face and they did such a quality job my scarring is barely visible. I have had nothing but great experiences with their staff. Sometimes I have had to wait a short time to see a provider but nothing unreasonable. In my opinion the quality of care is worth the wait. I will definitely continue to use PIC. read more

I can see now why they can build on million dollar property. They not only charge you to sit in the waiting room then they charge you for what you came in for and ask for your insurance card but don't seem to bill them. Would never go back an ER is more reasonable. read more

When I hurt my shoulder and needed medical attention I read the reviews from the top five Urgent Care groups and finally decided on Physicians Immediate Care and am I glad I did. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. After filling out the usual paperwork I was almost immediately taken to a exam room and was treated very professionally. I was able to get an X-ray and then meet with the PA, all within forty minutes. I was very pleased with all aspects of my appointment and would highly recommend this Care Center to anyone in need. read more

Great staff! We only go when we absolutely need medical care. . .strep, flu, ear infections, broken leg (mom of 3 boys). Get in quick and always leave on the road to feeling better. 10/10 recommend them! read more

Great place if you need a Dr. on the weekend. Went in this weekend was in and out in less than 45 minutes. This isn't a primary care facility this is a "hey I don't want to wait to see my usual doctor". The place always beats the ER. Pricing is very reasonable considering there are no other quick care facilities. read more

Ryan H, sounds like you had a great visit to Physicians ICC! While I usually would agree with your reviews, in this case, my experiences have been quite different. Physicians ICC does fill a need in our area, as a place to get SOME medical attention over the weekend when an ER visit isn't quite called for. I know I visited their office after they just opened several years ago, and don't recall any thing of the appointment (so must have gone smoothly). Recently though, I waited for over an hour with a sick, crying toddler in one of their tiny exam rooms (believe me, I kept checking my watch). There were no tissues or anything in the exam room we were stuck in, and no one to be found in the main area when I tried to find someone, or just some tissues. Once the doctor finally came in (with no thanks for waiting, or sorry you were stuck in here for an hour and a half) he gave my toddler a cursory look over, and then ushered us out in less than 10 minutes. The receptionist was very pleasant though, and I was relieved to head home. Several weeks later, I received a call from my father, he was sent a DETAILED INVOICE and a notice that HIS old insurance was billed for the appointment. The only thing I can think of that would have connected my child (who is under my work insurance that I provided at the time of visit) was the fact that my maiden name was listed on the forms... tying back to my visit years and years ago...? I was greatly relieved that the details were only sent to a close family member, rather than a stranger. Eventually Physicians ICC got my account and billing straightened out, after several phone calls. Good news is, my toddler is doing great and the meds the doctor at Physicians ICC prescribed took care of him. read more

Wasn't my favorite experience called them to see if they could take of a dislocated shoulder. And they said yes so after already going to an urgent care that was closed we waited 30 minutes then after they said we had to go to the ER because it was dislocated.... read more

I would give this business zero stars if I could. My husband went to see the doctor here on February tenth. The total for that day was $349. They told us that we could not leave the clinic without paying that amount. We tried paying with our card but their machine was down. Luckily, I had $400 cash so I paid. They told us they would submit the total to our insurance and then they would reimburse us for the amount the insurance covered. I waited two months for a reimbursement check in the mail and never received one. So, I called my insurance to see if they covered anything. They said they covered more than half so that I should be receiving $271.60 from the clinic. I called the clinic back and explained to them that they owed me that amount. I don't have any names but there was a woman that always got handed the phone to when they knew I was calling. Anyway, I talked to her and told her they owed me $271.60 but she said the clinic only owed me $111.60. I let her know I had spoken to my insurance and that the amount they were giving me was not correct. She denied that the amount I was giving her was correct and she told me she had already sent a check to my physical address in the amount of $111.60. I told her that I do not receive mail at my physical address and that was why I wrote down my mailing address on the patient form!!! She told me the check would get sent back to the clinic and they would resend a new one. The amount they were giving me was not correct so once again called my insurance and they gave the clinic a call. Ten minutes later I received a call from this same woman at the clinic telling me they forgot to submit the physical portion to the insurance and she told me that they would send a second check as soon as the old one of $111.60 reached their office. (So now after the insurance reaches out I am correct and she admits they owe me much more than what they claimed ha ha ha) I waited a couple more months and I gave them another call on April 27th. I told them I had not received any checks and the same woman I spoke to every time told me that they would not send me the check with the total amount because the previous check never got back to their office. AGAIN, I call my insurance and they give them a call. This same woman who I had been talking to at the clinic for months told the representative at the insurance that they would not refund me my money until they received the check which THEY sent to the wrong address. The representative told the woman at the clinic that it was their obligation to void and reissue my refund. The woman at the clinic told her she would, but that she would subtract $24.00 off my refund because they had to call their insurance person to come cancel the check. EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!! The insurance representative sent my case to her manager because she felt that my husband and I were getting discriminated against. She told me that they would get the money to us if the clinic did not. I finally received my check on MAY 1st with $24.00 missing of course. I cannot believe a CLINIC would treat their patients this way. Every time I called they knew it was me and I got hung up on over ten times. I am a Mexican woman and I know my rights. What they were trying to do to my husband and I was not right. I am lucky I got my money back after FOUR MONTHS. I also told the woman from the clinic to pass on my number to one of the owners because I wanted to talk to them about my situation and I never received a call. Maybe I'll get that call in four months? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I will definitely not be going back or recommending this place to any of my friends or family. I feel extremely bad for those families who do not speak English well and don't understand insurance, because they are settling for much less than what is owed to them. read more

I had a great experience at this clinic. Short wait time after quick check in procedure. This is usually a chore for someone from out of state visiting a clinic for the first. Staff were extremely professional and the Dr. did a great job. Highly recommended. read more

You should only go here if you already know what is wrong with you and just need a prescription. Otherwise you will most likely be misdiagnosed by "physicians" who are definetely just " practicing" medicine. read more

Came in from out of state with sick kids. Though I initially was frustrated by their out of state policies, the doctor, Dr. Rudeen was very reasonable and helpful. This company is terrible. They sent my measly bill of $30 to a collections agency and NEVER notified me that I owed anything. I received a bill in the mail in 2018 from a doctor's visit in 2015. It is their job to notify people of what they owe before it impacts your credit! read more
