We've had nothing but trouble out of the hearing aids purchased for my dad. They have squealed in…read morehis ears since he got them and when he goes in for his appointments they always have some excuse. Needs filter cleaned (which we do at home), say turned up to loud (but it's the setting they put it at, that his ears have too much wax. His ears are cleaned frequently because of fluid and previously ear infections. We were promised they would clean his ears at anytime, however the last time he was treated rudely at his appointment because the woman said his ears were "too dirty for me to do anything". They still haven't fixed the squealing problem but this last visit they said it's because the batteries need to be replaced. Because the Sid's only had a one year warranty, which recently explored, they want another $400 to fix them. After a year of complaining about the squealing and getting nothing but excuses- we are fed up!

I went over and found a pair that I liked, sat with one of their SALESPEOPLE and was told that after insurance my TOTAL would be $400. I paid for the sunglasses and asked for them to be sent to the Marianna office because it was closer for me to pick up. I was sent or received a message a couple to a few weeks later that my sunglasses were ready for pick up. I went to the Marianna office and they told me they did not receive them they were still in the Dothan office, I was going away that weekend and wanted the new glasses so I drove to Dothan and picked them up. Fast forward a couple months I get a bill for $1100 for my glasses. Make a call to the Dothan office and they say it was never submitted to the insurance company and said they would submit it. Now 6 months later I get a bill for $92 for sales tax on the glasses that I paid $400 for. These guys play a lot of games with their billing and making the numbers look better than they are! I guess the first girl doesn't know how to add the tax to my "TOTAL" before the sale. The other people don't know how to add my insurance to the sale and the other people don't know how to ship the glasses to Marianna like I asked before they tell me they are there. Not very professional! Typical salespeople!! BEWARE!! For me NEVER AGAIN!! TOO much stupidity for a pair of glasses!!

EDIT Today August…read more17th, 29 days after my surgery, I received a call from this office. I did not answer so I am unsure the reason for the call. I assume it's to check up on the well being of a patient after having surgery. Too little too late in my opinion. Especially since I did have complications in connection with the surgery and the care before surgery by Dr Nunnally and his staff, but I did not feel welcomed to go to this office for help because of the above review. Thankfully like stated above, I have a new doctor that prescribed a new medication for my complication. --------------- Dr. Nunnally and his staff were unprofessional from start to finish. (Staff at SAMC were fantastic). I was scheduled for a tonsillectomy which turned into a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. I did not find out that my adenoids would be removed until I was in pre op, 5 minutes before being wheeled into the operating room. I was given incorrect information for medication dosages due to me breast-feeding which left me in more pain than necessary. I was told I needed to choose between breast-feeding and pain, which is incorrect. I was also told by the nurse that they don't do follow-ups because there's no point in me coming all the way in just to shine a light down my throat but that they would call 2 weeks later to check on me. I am 3 weeks post op and have received no such call. I ended up finding a new doctor to do my follow up and I couldn't be more happy. Would not recommend this doctor.
