Hello I just wanted to say that this is the best place to receive urgent care !!! I wasn't feeling well and decided to go to a new urgent care called fastpace urgent care in Harrison tn, I wanted to try this place because it was closer to my house but big mistake I ended up waiting for 2 hours to be seen just to be told to take a nasal spray and rest like really I'm sick, so I don't recommend fast pace urgent care in Harrison tn they are awful they make you feel uncomfortable and acting like I didn't matter, not to mention waiting for three hours!!! but anyways on the next day I decided to go to physicians urgent care this one is closer to my work but father from home but I've been hear before and absolutely love the staff here !!! physicians care Hamilton place is truly the best every time I go it's professional the staff cares and takes time to listen to what's wrong with you and gives you medicine to make you feel better, all staff members are so friendly and caring, I wasn't feeling well at all I got prescribed some antibiotics for my sinus infection and cough medicine. I just. Want to say how thankful I am to have this place to go to when I don't feel good it really is such a blessing !!! Thank you for treating me like a person and not a burden!! thank you to everyone at Hamilton place physicians urgent care for taking care of me it means so much to me to finally feel better !! The wait is horrible just for a drug test for a job I been here since before they opened and I'm still waiting to be seen

Do not do it! Man I wish I read the reviews on this place before I went. I spent 4 1/2 hours here and wasted my day when I hurt my finger. In the end I got a 20 sec doctor visit and no follow up or real answers. Terrible service and waste of time. read more

There is a wait time like any other doctors office so for the reviews that mention that I'm not sure what they think is going to happen. It's a walk-in. They don't know how many people will come and when they will be there OR what they are there for. Think of it as a less intense ER and be happy these exist so you don't have to go to one of those if you can't get an appt with a PCP (primary care physician). This is a place for convenience. The staff at this office is friendly and helpful. Front desk woman is meh but I also don't know any front desk person that isn't like that. She deals with people all day long doing things they don't want to do. She's still 5/5 from. I was very impressed with the physician I saw. Simmhons Hawkins. She was very thorough, explained to me what was going on with my mysterious lump on my neck, and gave me follow-up instructions. Once I was back in the exam room, it was less than 2 minutes until I saw her. I was very surprised to see such a low rating for this location considering it was not a 2-3 star place. read more

I have been waiting for over two hours to see a doctor just to get my regular medication refill. They refuse to do it over the phone, made me come into an office during a pandemic just to wait. Still haven't been seen, although I've seen plenty of people come and go to be tested for COVID-19. I strongly believe that people that just need medication refills, Or a follow up appointment, should be fast tracked so they are kept away from possible COVID-19 exposure. I've gone in to check my spot three times now, and all three times I've witnessed people sitting in the waiting area without a mask. Came for a follow - up appointment. Was scheduled for Christmas eve. Come to find out, they scheduled me at a time they were closed for the holiday. I did ask for the holiday hours when I scheduled the appointment. They could have at least called me to let me know their mistake, and saved me a trip out here only to find them closed for the holiday. The receptionists could work on better customer service. On the other hand, the physicians and nurse aides are excellent. Quite thorough with their work. Explaining the all the options I have. read more

This is more a review for the people who run the phone/lab results. I came back from Colombia with either a parasite or bacteria in my stomach that I'd been fighting for almost 2 weeks. Needless to say, I was in bad shape by the time I was able to see a doctor stateside. I saw a nurse, Jaime, who was professional and great. I then saw Dr. Thompson, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, listened closely while I detailed every BM for the past week. I'd taken a harsh medicine Tinidazole in Colombia to rid a parasite (yet wasn't diagnosed with one), it didn't work, so Dr. Thompson put me on Cipro, and we did various samples so they can tell exactly what is in my stomach. Anxiously I awaited results that Friday/Saturday. I told them I'd be flying that day, and of course, during my flight I missed their call. Immediately I called back asking for the results, and they said they were too busy and would call me back. So I waited until about 7pm, and called again, and they said that they would call me back by 8 with the results. Obviously, when something is living in your stomach, and you are trying to get well, this is one of the most anxious results you are waiting to hear about. As we approached 8pm (when they close), I called again at 7:50pm and said one last time, I am just nervous that no one will call me back, and you're closing in less than 10 minutes. 'Sir, someone will definitely call you after 8pm'. I said, please promise me that no one will forget to call me, it is extremely important I know these results. 8PM came, 9PM, 10PM. Nothing. No Call, not a peep. The next morning, I called right when they opened, and guess what. They were too busy to give me my results. I threatened to call back every half hour until someone would speak to me, and finally someone called back. And guess what, they weren't the sample results--because those haven't come back yet. read more

The worst walk in clinic I've ever been to. Came in with a work injury and needed to get stitches. As you can imagine, I was bleeding pretty bad to need stitches. I sat in the waiting room for over a half hour with no one even being able to look at it. I was being grouped the same as people that were coming in with physicals. I asked the lady at the front desk if I was going to go back soon and she replied with "mhm" and walked away. Came in for a simple drug test for my employer. Did "hold my spot" online and it took 1.5 hours to get me back. The front desk attendant also decided to share why I was there to the entire waiting room as she yelled, from behind the desk, that there was one person in front of me and they'll get me in for my drug test right after. My first visit was great but coming back for a follow up was a nightmare. I understood that they needed the paperwork from my previous doc but there was no need for the rudeness and insensitivity of one of the receptionists while in the process of getting records faxed over. read more

This is the worst I have ever been treated by a single urgent care in my entire life. The nurse I spoke to on the phone might as well have told me to "screw off" from the second she called me on the phone to supposedly take me in for my appointment. I came for supportive treatment for COVID19 after being infected by my roommate and recommended by her and my teledoctor to go there to seek supportive care. I called in advance to make sure this was okay and was told to come on in. The nurse called me after I checked in over phone and was waiting on the parking lot and rudely told me there was nothing they could do for me especially since I hadn't gotten tested at their facility. I asked why that was the case and cited my roommate getting steroids and supportive care there less than a few days ago as contrary to what she was saying. She continued to talk over me at every turn "citing" the CDC guidelines of quarantine which I had been aware of and following but had been told to go to the ER or Urgent care for help. If she had turned me down and actually explained to me why and not talked over to me, I could have understood, but bc of her ridiculous behavior, I felt like total crap and like my life didn't matter. read more

I would give them a half of a star if that were possible. I came in for a simple drug test for a new job and waited an hour and half for them to tell me my employer had not filled out what drug test I needed. While that is my employer's fault, I do not understand why they did not tell me they didn't have the sufficient information when I handed them the paper upon arrival. This was my first time using a walk in clinic and I was pleasantly suprised. I expected to be in the waiting room all morning but only had to wait ten minutes! The Medical Assistant who brought me back was very thorough in her intial quesitoning a vital taking and after a short wait again the Nurse Practioner came in who was great. She was very helpful and caring and understood that as a person with no insurance I couldn't do all the extra fancy tests Dr.'s like to do just to rack up a bill. She diagnosed me, went over things i needed to do and gave me affordable prescriptions. The only problems I experienced was the rudeness from the front desk receptionist who was very curt and you could tell she did not want to be there. And that the rooms were closed by curtains which means i could hear everything else going on and they could hear what I was talking about. read more

i only gave you a 1 because i had to other wise it would be zero still waiting on my medicine i sent it to them friday nov. 30th never heard a word until dec. 4th. again on dec. 5th she said we will have to see you why did they not call me friday or any of the other days its been 6 days still i have no meds it seems to me money is the driving force not the patients care i guess 30 dollar copay adds up. where is the owner in these cases why business is not done like it use to be step up to the plate management. read more

My daughter (college student) needed to be seen as she was ill. We do not live in Chattanooga. Under our network, Physician's Care was the only urgent care place that was authorized. My daughter went. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Was told the office visit was $95 so she paid it. Then we get a bill in the mail saying the office visit was $199!! She didn't even see a doctor, only a physician's assistant. There were no xrays, labs, or anything else done to increase the fee. Walked out with a prescription for an antibiotic and $95 less in her bank account. No wonder people can't afford healthcare! We will NEVER go back to one of their locations!!! read more
