Communication was prompt and Laura understood exactly what I was looking for. The shoot was fun and smooth, even for someone who doesn't like to be in front of the camera which I am certain many people can relate. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the photos, the style, and Laura's professionalism and fun-to-work-with personality. I'm highly recommending Laura and her services!

Her work is absolutely amazing, and you can tell she loves what she does. Everyone I shared these photos with were amazed at how beautiful the photos came out and needless to say my husband was very happy. A few months after I did another boudoir session with Erin for one of her promotional projects which I could not turn down. These sessions are just so fun an empowering, I was so touched she asked me to be a part of this and it definitely won't be the last time I do it either! My wedding was the following year and of course I needed to ask Erin to be our photographer. Erin & Ben did our engagement session that we used for our invites, and I will cherish this forever. Erin & Ben make a great team and really capture the moment. Our Wedding as a bit hectic and Erin & Ben were great at handling the chaos and my annoying family very well. Again, our photos came out absolutely perfect, they all are timeless and priceless pieces. Seriously, if you want great photos and to work with great people, its Erin. I cant wait to continue to work with Erin for years to come!

We paid $385 for a Christmas Vintage Truck mini session. I received and downloaded the 5 photos…read moreincluded in the package and the lighting of the photos is horrible. It was a sunny bright day on the day of our photo shoot and the photographer did not account for this in her planning and executing of the session. In the pictures you can see the sun hitting all of our faces on one side and the quality is very poor. You can also see the yellow and orange fall foliage on the trees in the background...so while we are sitting on a nicely decorated Christmas truck, it is clearly fall in the background. When I expressed these concerns Krys said she could re-edit the images. She sent me a sample re-edited image which still had the horrible lighting and the fall colors. She also did not edit the vintage truck name "Joe's Fix-it Goshen NY" off the truck like she was supposed to. Her reply to all my concerns when we went back and forth via email was "every session is unique by location, setting, lighting and situation but your portrait gallery is in line with my work and other sessions from that day. I can't control Mother Nature (lighting, fall foliage, etc.). I think your gallery turned out absolutely beautiful and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season." The bottom line is this was not worth $385 and yes it is a photographers job to get the lighting right on the pictures they take. Pretty sure that is taught in photography 101. If anyone would like me to send you the photos she took before you book please message me on facebook under Kristin Hawley

My Hubby and I tied the knot at Mohonk Mountain House earlier this year because most of our family…read moreand friends live in the tri-state area, and we had a GINORMOUS Guest List. Regina and Douglas were total Sweethearts during the entire process... they knew how stressed-out we were having to deal with 300+ Guests! Not only were they patient and understanding... I never once felt that they were Upselling me or being condescending (which unfortunately was a vibe I got from a few other Photographers I met during our Search). You know a Photographer is great when you barely notice him/her as your photo is being taken. I don't know how they did it... some of the most beautiful shots we got, I don't even remember them being around! (It was particularly great for my Hubby, who can be a bit camera-shy at times.) There are some Black-and-White photos of us from the Wedding that are simply jaw-droppingly STUNNING! Thanks, R&D, for being so cool and so talented! Duetimage is really as good as it gets.

We made the mistake of booking DuetImage to photograph our wedding in Sept 2016. They ended up…read moretaking photos that were really poor quality, and unusable. Our relationship with Regina & Doug started out great. They were a pleasure to plan with before the wedding, and on the wedding they worked so hard to capture photos of our ceremony, group shots, and reception shots. However, after the wedding when we saw the photos, we were really shocked to see how bad they were. We were married on a beautiful summer day, with blue skies and no clouds. Because Duet Image didn't use a polarizing filter, the outdoor photos were washed out... over-exposed with white skies. Inside the reception venue (a barn), they went crazy with flash setups, and this made every interior photo look like a paparazzi shot. Everyone was glossy and washed out again, and most of the photos showed the flash equipment in the background. After talking with a few other photographers, it's clear that they used the wrong equipment, and that made these photos look amateurish and not usable. Even worse, as we gave this feedback to Doug & Regina after the wedding, they got incredibly defensive. We're now 3 months after the wedding, and I have an inbox with dozens of condescending emails, saying "your monitors aren't calibrated" or even worse "we had no control over the weather". Every iPhone photo from the day looks beautiful, and no matter how many times we tried to get Regina & Doug to fix the photos, they were combative, rude, unprofessional, and at no point any responsibility for their mistakes. We had high hopes for Regina & Doug, as they started out friendly, at a good price point, and seemed to know what they were doing. Unfortunately, we are now left with a bunch of amateurish wedding photos which don't capture the day that we remember. We paid another photographer to retouch the photos, Photoshop in blue skies from other sources, do their best to remove the paparazzi flashes and glossy faces. We strongly encourage you to use a different photographer for your wedding. Eric & Kyle

She was prompt and did her job as she said she would in terms of showing up for a meeting, being at the wedding on time and then getting us the cd of the wedding. However, the quality of the photos she took was mediocre and to a large measure unprofessional and once we made our selections for prints it took her 5 months to get us the photos. We patiently waiting and emailed (infrequently) to find out the status and she offered no explanation of any kind--just asking us to continue to be patient. When we finally received the photos they were of a quality that was worse than what my husband had printed out from the cd on our home printer. She did not even send one extra print to thank us for our patience and the quality was so poor that we will not use them for anything. With all the choices out there, I recommend trusting your important day to someone else.

And I mean every detail from the cows and the sheep, to standing on the fence to running around the pine trees. Dawn has been our family photographer since our 2013 newborn shoot and the process remains fun and joy filled. She is absolutely delightful to work with - a true professional who delivers proofs and products quickly with no hassle. Well, I promise you never have to follow up because she is on top of things, but you will be tormented trying to decide which photos to print. Every image, and I do mean every image, is stunning. Am I biased? Well, sure these are photos of my baby, so you'd have a point to that charge. But, I can say objectively that Dawn has a genuinely kind, thoughtful manner and an uncanny knack for working with tiny humans that puts them so at ease, their personalities shine in every single image. And you're not limited to my opinion - because little kids are brutally honest - and mine gives Miss Dawn a rave review.
