I would still warn against the other employee but otherwise my issues have been resolved. Would not recommend to save my life, worse decision of my life on the best day of my life. I spoke to Cristina about MY style and wants sent her my Pinterest photos I wanted to try and take. DAY of the two photographers/videographer that showed up seemed amazing super nice and friendly the women who was with me was so nice and amazing best part of the whole experience. BUT Cristina never showed her the Pinterest page so NONE of the photos I wanted were taken, my formals were a literal shit show and completely unorganized as they kept pulling my family and his and then going back and forth not leaving much time for just us photos. We paid for them to be there till 11pm or end of party our party went till 11 officially, THEY LEFT AT 8:30-9 SAID I SAID THEY COULD GO THEY PACKED UP SAID BYE BEFORE I COULD EVEN SEE WHAT TIME IT WAS. So they missed a huge chunk of the party really the best parts. Cut to picking up photos, I was supposed to get a tablet with photos/video on it, I got a usb stick with just photos, NONE OF THEM were really 'edited' and STILL NO VIDEO (I got married in 2015 its now 2017) When my husband and I went through the photos he told me all of his from before the wedding were missing (I had about 50-100 before wedding getting ready photos) he had none. We called THEY LOST ALL THE PHOTOS so I had 5 photos of him and his guys getting ready. WHAT PHOTOGRAPHER LOOSES PHOTOS?! I would NEVER recommend these people again and am still to this day upset about the money I wasted with them. I have waited two years to leave a review BECAUSE I STILL DON'T HAVE A WEDDING VIDEO and didn't want to loose that because of a bad review but ITS BEEN TWO YEARS AND STILL NO WEDDING VIDEO. These people are a joke the photos were nothing special for a special day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I should have trusted my gut- I had Cristina take photos when my girls tried on the dressed at Davids bridal and she YELLED at my niece because she wouldn't smile and TOLD HER SHE COULDN'T BE IN PHOTOS AND NOT SMILE (she was 2 at the time).
