I remember the first time I did Purikura. It was in my high school days at San Francisco's Japantown. I mean, what could be funner than taking Japanese sticky pictures and decorating them with random little goodies? If you've never played with one of these photobooth machines - put it on your bucket list. It's a bit odd especially if you're not familiarised with Asian ~*kawaii*~ culture, but it's certainly fun!
Customer Service: The guy working there didn't speak English very well unfortunately, but he was incredibly kind to help us figure out how to work the machines when adding things to our pictures. He even froze it to allow us unlimited time to decorate!
Location: This particular Purikura spot has a nice variety of different machines to use at 16 dollars a turn (several shots included) and you get to choose how many pictures you want afterwards. Honestly, 16 dollars a pop is a bit too expensive for me - but maybe I'm just used to the 8-9 dollars in America.

Photo World is a great place to go if you're into Purikura or if you just want to try it out. The customer service isn't that great at explaining what's going on, so try going with someone who's experienced. It could get a little confusing. read more
