Went in with my laptop to have Firefox data restored. When this happens Firefox leaves an "Old…read moreData" file on your desktop. I asked Alex the tech to restore the data, and brought him the directions to do this from MOZILLA he said it would cost $. Left for 2 days and nothing was done. WhenI went to get it he accused me of using AI or chat to find the fix. NO Alex it was MOZILLA who showed you how to fix it. Left and brought to another shop and just like that he opened my "old data" file and pasted it into my current Firefox. Took about 4 minutes, and he did not charge me. You may be good with tiny screws and replacing screens but not so much on IT problems. You were rude.

They've always been able to fix the problems, mostly the run-of-the mill sort. But were successful even the time we were hacked and infected with a deadly virus. The Geek Squad told us the virus was so bad my lap top may just end up as a "great big paper weight!" Completely ruined. But they worked on it and amazingly they fixed it good as new! I just got through speaking with Zach and as usual, he was knowledgeable, professional and personable. As a matter of fact, all the Geek Squad members have been very approachable so explaining our problem has always been easy. They discuss our situation in a way we can understand it, and whatever options we may have are explained so we can make an informed decision. Whatever we've paid in contract fees over the years. We feel we've received much more from our contract with the Geek Squad than they have from our contract fees! Zach and all.....Keep up the good work!

I waited…read more30 minutes before someone picked up and hung up on me, I could hear people laughing in the background. I needed some repair work done but if they cannot even speak to you to go over the issue and set up an appointment how reliable are they?!? DO BETTER! Customer service is extremely important if your Geek Squad Service Technicians cannot answer the phone to answer questions and set up appointments why employ them!
