I asked Alex the tech to restore the data, and brought him the directions to do this from MOZILLA he said it would cost $. Left for 2 days and nothing was done. WhenI went to get it he accused me of using AI or chat to find the fix. NO Alex it was MOZILLA who showed you how to fix it. Left and brought to another shop and just like that he opened my "old data" file and pasted it into my current Firefox. Took about 4 minutes, and he did not charge me. You may be good with tiny screws and replacing screens but not so much on IT problems. You were rude.

However, the phone protector they sold me is some kind of cheap stretchy rubber and it is not clinging to the phone. It only lasted about 10 months. I don't think the protector was worth the money. Buy one elsewhere

They stated that they had to completely remove the.front end, which wasn't true. They charged me $1771.14. Within a couple of days it was doing exactly the same.thing I took it back and mechanic. Said sunroof was leaking and I needed to take it to a body shop. I did and it was fine and tube's weren't stopped up. I took it to a reputable mechanic and it was a totally different problem. It was a module that needed replaced. I paid another $800+ to get it fixed right. No more problems. Midas is refusing.to give a refund for their work. But will refund what I paid the other shop. Why are they not refunding what I paid them, since they didn't repair the correct.problem? The co-owner spoke with me on the phone and was very short and hateful. I ask to get the pictures of the.front end that was supposed to be removed and he said " I don't have time to be chasing them down." VERY RUDE!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I would honestly be scared to even get an oil change here. I think they took advantage of a.73 year old WOMAN.
