They also sell a few pieces of game-related merchandise like t-shirts and credit for online stores. They'll run pre-orders, sometimes with offers or bonuses, for major releases, which is handy if you're worried that something will end up out of stock by 11am on the day of release. By my guess, around half of the stock is new and half is pre-owned. It's worth keeping an eye on the offers available for both, as they often have promotions like two games for £30. In my experience, the pre-owned games are absolutely fine and usually a good bargain. This would be a three star review, but the staff here are brilliant. They really know their stuff and are super helpful.
