They could not look at my phone today. This place told me to come in right away. He told me the diagnosis price would be $55. He was very upset with the company that replaced my screen a year ago because they damaged the camera a little. He showed me the camera. They got it working. He put everything back, charged me what he promised, and now my phone works perfect.

I got it back and thought everything seemed fine but touch ID no longer worked, the home button made a loud sound when pressed, and the screen slightly poked out. I assumed most of this was normal and expected for not going to an Apple Store, and this was the price for getting the screen fixed at a much cheaper price. I ended up getting my screen shattered again and was gonna go back here, but he was closing soon and had no time. I went somewhere else to get it fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they asked if I previously had my phone fixed by someone else, which I said yes to. They told me how my phone had several missing parts and how the touch ID not working wasn't normal. They fixed the touch ID, the screen, and the home button for no extra charge. The guy working in AdvancedTech seemed genuinely nice, and I trustworthy.Too bad my judgement was wrong.

Just a heads up to anyone who is looking to replace the LCD on their phone…read more October 2021 my iPhone X had stopped displaying the screen so I did some surfing on the web. Saw all the great reviews on this place. What really hooked me in was this "100% satisfaction guaranteed" that they have on their site so I decided to go and check them out. Came in and he told me that it would be $130 to fix the screen. At first I didn't want to pay it but he assured me that I was in safe hands with his 90 day money back guarantee on the receipt. I was still unsure but I decided to pay it because I needed my phone for my business. Instantly I noticed the cheaper material that they use. The color was different and I was having trouble getting it to work properly. About a month and a half later my phone randomly shuts off while on a zoom call. -No physical damage -No water damage Just cheap material. It would not turn on. I come back to the store the following day and explain to him my situation and show him my receipt. At first he tells me that I must've damaged it or dropped it but I told him that it wasn't possible. I have a case and it's always on me. I would know if I dropped it. He then tells me that replacing the LCD is not apart of the money back guarantee policy and that if I wanted to fix my phone I would have to make another purchase of $130! Wow great job on creating relationships with your customers. I didn't pay it, left and just used my backup phone. Makes you think what their 100% satisfaction guarantee on their site really means... I would think twice about doing business with these fraudulent people.

I found this store after looking through my maps and decided to give it a try after looking at both positive and negative reviews. The price for my repair had me sold. Everyone has their own opinion but I wouldn't put too much stock into complaints about the two day wait. My tablet did take two days but only because he didn't have the screen he needed in stock at the time. Personally I don't mind a two day max wait if the job is being done right which it was. I got my tablet back looking brand new plus he provides a 90 day warranty in case you feel something is working right. So there's nothing to lose in trying. I definitely recommend anyone with a tablet or phone issue to give this place a try!
