I use their service for our accounting office, and they have saved me a lot of money. Using their service is way more cost effective than using a land line, and the calls are always clear. I also love how our voicemails also go to my e-mail. How cool is that? I highly recommend this company to all Miami businesses! read more

STAY AWAY FROM PHONE DOCTOR! I would give them negative stars if I could. We have been customers for over 6 years and the customer service has always been shaky. We finally decided to transfer our service to Comcast and I called their support number on their website. The person that answered is the owner, John Challenor, I stated to him that we need our account info and phone numbers because we were moving to Comcast. He stated that he was not providing that information not to call his cell phone again and then he hung up on me. This is not how you treat a long time customer. He then sends me a bill for a port over fee of $250.00 in order to get my account information. I recommend no one do business with John as he is very rude and does not treat his customers well. The five star reviews that I read on Yelp look fake. I also received a notification from Yelp stating that very thing. Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would give less of a star if possible. Numerous problems with the phone system since the install. Had to call into the office and have been left on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time, only to be hung up on. Upon trying to get the point out about what is wrong I am met with Screaming and hollering in the background through a 3rd person. After signing the contract is when it all started going downhill, beginning with being ignored when our phones would go down the next business day after the install, in the meantime were losing business and money. I recommend them for businesses that need help. We are in engineering office. We had an old phone system made by Nortel. It did not seem to have very many features and we're looking to have some things we didn't have. We wanted to have voice mail for each person. We wanted to have a better paging system in our warehouse which is about 8000 square feet. Phone Doctor recommended a phone system for us. We decided to go with them based upon their understanding of our needs ,their proposal, the price point was very fair and the reviews seem very good. They installed the system for us ,programmed it exactly how we wanted , and showed us how to use it. They did a great job .We now have the things we wanted. read more

I have to admit I was scared to convert to VOIP but Phone Doctor made my on-boarding so easy and pain-free. Anytime I have needed to add an extra line (3 lines by the way) they all have all responded in a timely manner and got the lines going lightning fast. I'm impressed with their level of customer support. In this day and age, a lot of services in Hollywood provided seems to miss this important value but not them. Phone Doctor came out to my office and did a fairly simple job and seemed to do it well enough. We then received a bill for over $500 dollars. I called numerous times to ask why the charge was so large and wanted to work in a positive manner with the company to understand the billing. After leaving messages, attempting to get ahold of someone who could help me (all representatives available were unable to assist in my request), I was never actually contacted by the company. It has now been over 6 months and they call me attempting to collect on the work done 8 months ago. do not hire this man! since we had the installation (a month after he promised) our system has gone down 3 times which means our customers just get a "dead" signal. phone doctor tried to blame comcast for the problem (and not his equipment). he also promised that his system would cost LESS than our comcast system and he would take care of all comcast issues. NONE of those things have happened. I have to check our phones everyday to make sure our voice mail and phone is answering. Today he told ME to quit complaining? Really? Because our phones aren't answering customer phone calls i shouldn't complain?! This phone doctor guy is not only incompetent he is probably a thief. The Phone Doctor is phenomenal. They provide excellent service and are very concerned about their customers. They give you exactly what you need and do not try to oversell you with phone systems or technology that is beyond what you need.
