After waiting 45 min he tells me my phone is ready, when I look at it the screen that he had put on in was badly scratched. I pulled off the case and it was a complety different phone than the one I brought in, full of dings and scratches. When I brought my phone in I had just cracked the front screen and have always kept my phone in the case so it was clean and ding-free. I explained to him that this had scratches and I would have to come back after he puts a NEW screen on it and that I would be back at 5:30. At this point I'm really frustrated and I do not trust the service and professionalism of this "business". At 5:30 I show up and am hoping for the best. Much to my surprise they were not done yet with my phone! the phone that I left there for 3 hours! I had to wait another 20 min, and finally he said it was done, it looked good like it was my old phone with a new screen. Here's where it really goes south....The next day I am checking my camera and now the front camera isnt working, when I had cracked the screen I checked the camera because I was worried. It worked perfectly and was working perfectly before I brought it in to them. After calling them, he is going to replace the camera and I am going to have to make my 3rd trip to their store in 2 days. After being told that an initial service attempt had been made, I contacted him to follow up. During our phone call on March 18th, he confirmed that only one attempt had been completed at that point. During that same call, I also expressed that I did not appreciate the tone in which I was being spoken to. Shortly after the call ended, I received automated email notifications stating that additional service attempts had been completed on March 13th and March 16th. This did not align with what I had just been told during our phone conversation, which created confusion and concern. Based on this sequence of events, it appeared to me that the additional attempts were documented after the fact. An affidavit of non-service was then produced, and communication with me stopped shortly thereafter. Because of the inconsistency between what I was told directly and the records I later received, I did not feel confident in the reliability and professionalism of the service. This review reflects my personal experience, and based on that experience, I would not recommend these services.

I know people that work at the establishment I was trying to serve a person and not only did the processor basically announced to the world what he was doing at one point, but he also lied about who he spoke to. Just to clarify a few things. I spoke to my friend who works at the establishment and she said there is no security guard out front until around 9pm. The processor said he was there on Friday at 6, so there shouldn't be a guard. I have been there many times and there isn't a guard out early in the evening. Also, he stated that a blonde woman came out to tell him if he didn't pay to leave and that he wasn't there. The only blonde woman who worked there couldn't have said that . My friend, who works there said it was impossible for her to have been there and said that, seeing she was fired from the place about two weeks ago. There are a few things here that simply don't add up. I called and wrote details to assist in making this as smooth as possible, including additional dates and times he would be there and pictures of him, and it was not properly communicated to the processor and my emails went mostly ignored. I prepaid for a service and maybe that was my mistake, but I clearly will not be using this company again.
