Above and beyond the normal customer service. Actually went out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks again. Ray read more

Worst customer service in the world. The most unprofessional, unethical and the rudest business person I have known. My contract is ending and Mr. Challenor won't give my account and PIN number so I can transfer my number to another company he wants to charge $600 for porting the phone number when all phone companies does it at no charge. read more

Probably the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Luckily I only had to deal with him long enough to get our phones transferred. Stay away from this tiny man! read more

I can't explain the extent of how frustrating it's been to loose business for the unwise decision of picking such a horrible phone company with terrible service. They claim that I can't even cancel and supposedly to accept the horrible service that we have been receiving for the past 3 months with all the dropped calls and even the set up isn't completed as of today I guess the best of route for those people is to let everyone know before making my mistake and we have to pay a lawyer to settle this matter read more

I use their service for our accounting office, and they have saved me a lot of money. Using their service is way more cost effective than using a land line, and the calls are always clear. I also love how our voicemails also go to my e-mail. How cool is that? I highly recommend this company to all Miami businesses! read more

The only thing that could have improved my experience is if I would have tried them FIRST! I tried two other services and both took my money but could not provide service. My experience with Phone Doctor has been excellent!! Pre-sale and post-sale, the same excellent service!! read more

STAY AWAY FROM PHONE DOCTOR! I would give them negative stars if I could. We have been customers for over 6 years and the customer service has always been shaky. We finally decided to transfer our service to Comcast and I called their support number on their website. The person that answered is the owner, John Challenor, I stated to him that we need our account info and phone numbers because we were moving to Comcast. He stated that he was not providing that information not to call his cell phone again and then he hung up on me. This is not how you treat a long time customer. He then sends me a bill for a port over fee of $250.00 in order to get my account information. I recommend no one do business with John as he is very rude and does not treat his customers well. The five star reviews that I read on Yelp look fake. I also received a notification from Yelp stating that very thing. Read the one star reviews as they are all consistent with the rude and unprofessional behavior of John Challenor. read more

If i could give these guys no stars I would. Terrible customer service. I was hung up multiple times by their customer service representative. It has been an all around unpleasant experience with Phone Doctor. read more

The absolute worst. No promises kept service was terrible and unethical when our contract can to a close. Don't walk, run from John and the company he works for. read more

Won't recommend this company even to my enemy, when I called this company the blocked my number, they dont want to release our phone number, they are acting like a mafia read more

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would give less of a star if possible. Numerous problems with the phone system since the install. Had to call into the office and have been left on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time, only to be hung up on. Upon trying to get the point out about what is wrong I am met with Screaming and hollering in the background through a 3rd person. After signing the contract is when it all started going downhill, beginning with being ignored when our phones would go down the next business day after the install, in the meantime were losing business and money. Never in all my years have I been spoken to in the way they have Spoken to me, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

If we could give zero stars we would. This is the absolute worst phone company on the planet. Run for your life!!!! Working with them has been a total and complete nightmare. read more

I recommend them for businesses that need help. We are in engineering office. We had an old phone system made by Nortel. It did not seem to have very many features and we're looking to have some things we didn't have. We wanted to have voice mail for each person. We wanted to have a better paging system in our warehouse which is about 8000 square feet. Phone Doctor recommended a phone system for us. We decided to go with them based upon their understanding of our needs ,their proposal, the price point was very fair and the reviews seem very good. They installed the system for us ,programmed it exactly how we wanted , and showed us how to use it. They did a great job .We now have the things we wanted. read more

I have to admit I was scared to convert to VOIP but Phone Doctor made my on-boarding so easy and pain-free. Anytime I have needed to add an extra line (3 lines by the way) they all have all responded in a timely manner and got the lines going lightning fast. I'm impressed with their level of customer support. In this day and age, a lot of services in Hollywood provided seems to miss this important value but not them. They are genuinely there to help you succeed. read more

Phone Doctor came out to my office and did a fairly simple job and seemed to do it well enough. We then received a bill for over $500 dollars. I called numerous times to ask why the charge was so large and wanted to work in a positive manner with the company to understand the billing. After leaving messages, attempting to get ahold of someone who could help me (all representatives available were unable to assist in my request), I was never actually contacted by the company. It has now been over 6 months and they call me attempting to collect on the work done 8 months ago. I tried working with this company but nobody was ever able to help me and nobody ever returned my phone calls. Now, 8 months later, they call threatening us. read more

This company is the worst. They do not communicate well with customers and have the ability to shut down phone service if they think they are owed money. They issue vague invoices without explanation then shut off phones if not paid. A simple call would resolve things but they seem to prefer to be bullies. Beware! read more

do not hire this man! since we had the installation (a month after he promised) our system has gone down 3 times which means our customers just get a "dead" signal. phone doctor tried to blame comcast for the problem (and not his equipment). he also promised that his system would cost LESS than our comcast system and he would take care of all comcast issues. NONE of those things have happened. I have to check our phones everyday to make sure our voice mail and phone is answering. Today he told ME to quit complaining? Really? Because our phones aren't answering customer phone calls i shouldn't complain?! This phone doctor guy is not only incompetent he is probably a thief. (he promised to pay for the month we didn't have service--has he paid yet? NOPE) read more

The Phone Doctor is phenomenal. They provide excellent service and are very concerned about their customers. They give you exactly what you need and do not try to oversell you with phone systems or technology that is beyond what you need. I have used them for years and highly recommend them to all of my friends who are in need of phone systems. read more

This company does not honor their warranties and refusing to provide customer service after only 1 year of a four year agreement. Do not use this company. Tried to refuse payment for not providing service but they charged interest and threatened to remove services. Absolutely horrible service and people!!!! read more
