Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. New Era was the only one that came out, climbed up on the roof of the lanai, took pictures and sent us a quote. We initially said we would try to spray flex seal in the seems ourselves, but that didn't work, so we hired them. They came out and sealed, but there were a couple places that still leaked in a heavy rain. They came back out and did some more patching at no cost and now we have a leak proof lanai. FQR came as a highly regarded referral from close friends who also used FQR to install their new roof within the last 2 years. German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone. I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs. From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections. The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day. German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather. The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend you consider FQR if you are in the market for a new roof for your home!

I like that, I don't like being pressured. He discussed the different types of metal roofs that were available and what he recommended and what he didn't. We formulated a plan and within a week German provided the cost and said our roofing material was available. We went with the plan and a month later we had a beautiful brand new roof. I learned a lot about metal roofs. They are labor intensive, much more complicated than asphalt shingle roofs. You really need a skilled crew of workers to install a metal roof correctly. Florida Quality Roofing has been around for a very long time, rare for roofing companies, they know what they're doing. I would hire them for any kind of roof.

The installation crew of four men led by Omar was professional and worked hard all day, and the finished product is great. They also had someone come a couple of days later to make adjustments that I requested. Spending significant money like this felt risky at first but they were reassuring the entire process. I've handled multiple window projects for past homes and rental properties, so I already knew exactly what I wanted--just a straightforward estimate. Guardian, however, refused to provide a quote unless I sat through a 90-minute appointment. We all know what that's for. I told them I appreciated their time, but if they couldn't simply give me a quote, we weren't a good fit. No harm done, or so I thought. Since then, I've received 6 additional calls from Guardian. I explained to the second representative why I wasn't interested, and he launched into a generic sales pitch about efficiency and transparency. Me telling you exactly what I want and providing a quote based on that is far more effective than wasting both of our time with a 90 minute sales pitch. Anyway, I still politely asked to be removed from their call list. Yesterday, I received yet another call. When I began--again--to ask to be removed from their list, the representative didn't even let me finish before hanging up on me. Even if I had gotten a quote from this company and they happened to be the best-priced option in town, I still wouldn't use them. Their pushy, inconsiderate approach is enough for me to take my business elsewhere, even if it costs more. This level of pressure and disregard for my time is something I won't tolerate.
