However, despite the assertion they are a dual diagnosis facility, I found this to be grossly inaccurate. They are prepared to provide psych meds, but they do not offer DBT therapy or any other form of therapy beyond group sessions focused on substance misuse disorder. It too nearly 2 weeks of persistent inquiry for me to get 20 minutes of time with the psych provider. The 1 hour a week counseling appointments were also only 20 mins and that time was spent filling out the same form each week, which was a questionnaire about your mood and future perspectives. There was no counseling whatsoever on personnel issues. My biggest grievance involved the handling of medications. While in treatment, the physicians assistant declined to permit the testosterone replacement injections that I need because he wasn't familiar with the protocol. Upon discharge thru did not return the testosterone or the estrogen blocker. It took over a week of persistent calling to find out where my medications were. Finally, I was told "upon admission they were destroyed". Nobody ever told me they were going to do this, and never gave me an option for sending them home. These were important medications my body needs to take for health and stability. They destroyed a 3 month supply of medications that are very expensive and I don't have the funds to replace them. It's outrageous that they would take such liberties with someone's medications, especially when the PA was supposedly pulling lab orders to confirm the testosterone levels. I feel like the medical staff were dishonest about this and nobody wanted to take responsibility for what was done, which is why it took close to 2 weeks for them to explain why they failed to return all of my property. Overall, I felt the communication was non-existent, and staff lacked either critical knowledge or simply found it easier to pass responsibility for questions or concerns to someone else. This left clients in an endless loop of frustration without answers.

Her first at this office was her four year old well child exam and we were a little nervous knowing she'd need to receive vaccines at this visit and didn't want her first experience here to be a bad/painful one. However, we had nothing to worry about because Suzanne is literally the greatest nurse to exist. While our daughter's entire exam went well Suzanne truly won the award. I believe her ability to administer injections is unmatched. Her and the other nurse (phlebotomist, I think) working with her were so quick and did such a good job being distracting that our daughter didn't even have time to register that there was any pain at all. I never thought I'd see the day that we'd go to an appointment requiring shots and not leave the office in tears but trust me when I say it is possible! Tim was coming into the lobby and taking BPs and asking questions. He has a great bedside manor. Victoria was the real MVP. I am a very hard stick and no one was able to get blood from me. Victoria was the one to get it done. She was also very polite and professional. I also required 2 cat scans. Alex and then Anna were great and got me in and out in no time. I was there for about 9 hours but that was OK. I feel much better today. Still sore but getting better.

There was definitely some issues as I waited to hear that they found my appointment but oh no, they canceled it and never informed me. They told me they would reschedule for me, which of course I declined. I asked who was going to pay for my gas and if I did reschedule how would I know if the appointment even really existed. The woman said I will make sure. I said oh really , like today? I said I'm good thanks and left. Someone should be accountable for my gas that it cost me to drive all the way there for nothing.
