I don't know how they do it but for such an unpleasant procedure they made the process easy and seamless.

Many of the 1 ratings on this page pertain to billing, Emergency Room experiences, and feelings of mistreatment. Our family member, several weeks ago, felt the imaging staff had no respect for her fragile body and curved spine. They knew what they needed to do, they had a long, busy, full night. The patient was a technical task needing solving. Some years ago, a doctor gave me his opinion from, as he said, "The view from 30,000 feet. " The view here from 30,000 feet is "Medical City". I do not know how many thousands of people "live" in this city from Janitors to food prep, nursing, brain surgeons and administrators. It is a complex place dealing with every aspect of human bodies, birth to preservation, and who is going to pay for these services and how. January, 2026 we learned, at a physical therapy center, the insurer of our family member withdrew Medicare Advantage coverage from them December 31, 2025. We scrambled. Elderly, on Medicare, we fell back on standard Medicare, but paid out of pocket for awhile. My heart goes out to people crushed between low pay and less than stellar medical insurance, and the medical institutions treating them, no matter the circumstances. We do not know what this hospitalization will ultimately cost our family. Care of our family member has been deep and wide. I think of thecduffering of my ancestors from falls, infections and the many diseases I get vaxed for. It is miraculous age. I see medications delivered at millionths of grams keeping a body functioning and relatively oit of pain. I am amazed. I see the teams assembled to work these medical miracles and I am amazed.

That being said the staff was ready, patient, organized and kept everyone who was waiting at ease. The same is true once I got in to be evaluated. She was finishing the tail end of a long and busy shift, but had such a great attitude and disposition it put myself, and everyone else she help in a better state of mind. Shout out to the CT technician, I don't think you can be better or more efficient at your job. And that goes for everyone else in working the ED. Upstairs staff: Dr. Kruti P. Shah took authentic interest in my situation every day, really taking the time to get to know me and my lifestyle to bulk-up/supplemet her treatment plan. So empathetic and multifaceted it was almost like having two doctors for the price of one. I can verify first hand that she gets to the point and would never play mind games with your health. My day nurse Sandie used her amazing bedside manner and her experience/expertise in the nursing field to anticipate my needs so consistently it felt like she could read my thoughts. Her close partnership with Dr Shah came through it made me take note of how much they care. It's nice to see such a close partnership in such a large facility. The biggest compliment I can give them both is the lesson I took away in doctor/nurse/patient trust. I will never forget how the trust we had will be impossible to recreate in the future. Thank you both for being so kind, compassionate and understanding during my time of pain. I will never forget it. ED staff: you are heroes and the heart of this facility. Thank you.

Needed time for the swelling to go done. in 2025 I went back and refitted me for a permanent Bridge .So far no problem untill i received a letter from the dentist that i owed them $$ . I contacted them and they said the insurance denied them and that I must paid or they will file a refusal of payment. Now the fun part , calling United Health Care. Oh that's not us let me switch you over to the dentist department. Gave them my information and they said ok we see you but we can't see the denial , that's another dept. Back to the first dept and they said it looks like the Dentist put in the wrong code. You must call the Dentist and get the correct code and grievance the denail. Dentist. we gave in the right codes, the first was for a temp and the second is for the permanent. Called back UHC and they said o I see , ok will forard this over. Waited and no response. Called back UHC (and you know I get a different person every time and have to start from the start )and asked what's the story , gave my information and had to start from the beginning again. They said I needed to also send in a request so I started aging righting the story again and fax it to Office and received a confirmation. Waited and nothing. So call UHC and started over with the information and said I was waiting for a response. They looked in notes and see no fax or request. So I repeated the story 3-5 more times and they typed it all in and said they will forward it on and to wait for a response. 2026 and I get a notice of it timing out for the 65 days you get to respond. I call UHC and start from the beginning and go back and forth. The day ended and so did the phone call. The next day I called UHC and started form the start , she said she needed to get someone else on the phone for more information and started from the start. The new person said she could put the request again but doesn't think it will have and just get denied . I said lets do it any way. I pick up the mail and see a letter from guess who-UHC. Open it up and see it saying they were trying to get it touch we me and that the email was returned. Called UHC and gave my information. Started from the beginning again and he said to hold on. Came back and said my request will most likely get denied again and said I can request a outside to exam the case. Then he went on and said that UHC sees a temp and a permanent bridge as the same and will turn down any request as this is there policy. Then have a nice day and good luck. So the bottom line is they will never pay for a permanent bridge after a temp. And as everyone knows when you get teeth pulled you need to wait 6months or more for the swelling to go down. So you need temps for that time. Rich C

Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

It was continuous with 2 hospitalizations during this time. He was hospitalized since Nov 2021 then transferred to this facility on a ventilator. He was very ill, facing one crisis after another on a daily basis. I visited daily- mostly evenings/nights. I observed firsthand how he was treated along with other patients. The respiratory department provided excellent care, the Director Amy always was available for all of my questions, Janice, the Nurse practitioner as well. Her bedside manners were wonderful- she is very caring and thorough. ALL of the Respiratory Techs are great. They worked endlessly to make sure my husband improved and was cared for. This proved to be difficult much of the time as he was very sick. But they always greeted him/us with a smile, they were patient with my questions and they truly cared. They honestly went above and beyond and we are so very grateful. The nurses were also great, they were patient and compassionate. Always willing to help. The CNA's work long hours, were at times short staffed, but they still always provided great care and service. The Physical & Occupational therapists did a great job working with my husband. They were patient and went at his speed. They were successful in getting him to stand and walk. Calli and her staff are wonderful and they really know what they are doing! This facility is not perfect... no place is. The rooms are a bit small but you make it work. The facility is clean, the staff really work hard and my husband says he felt like family were caring for him. It is difficult at times to get through to the nurses, but they are quite busy, sometimes short staffed as are other departments. But I would keep trying and would get through. You can also request an update at the end of each shift which makes it easier to speak to the nurse. We treated all staff the way we would like to be treated and we never had any issues during my husband's lengthy stay. All departments were accessible, they returned calls, they welcomed questions and concerns and they were very helpful. My husband was sad to leave but since he improved greatly, no longer on a ventilator and able to continue recovery at home, we sadly said good bye. Any imperfections this place may have was greatly compensated by all of the wonderful staff- the care and assistance they provided!

EMS administered anesthesia on scene, and I arrived already separated from my belongings. After being sedated and moved around the hospital, I woke up around 2:00 AM on April 25 and immediately asked for my phone so I could contact my family. A nurse briefly looked for it, couldn't find it, and chose not to log it as part of my belongings. From that point on, no one took accountability. For the next 48+ hours, I repeatedly asked nurses, doctors, and security for help locating my phone. I was ignored, dismissed, or told nothing could be done. During that entire time, my family and girlfriend had no idea where I was or if I was even alive. My girlfriend ultimately had to contact the police, who pursued a warrant through AT&T to locate my phone. She arrived at the hospital on April 26 bawling her eyes out not knowing if I was dead, alive, shot, killed, etc.. That is unacceptable. They facilitated a traumatic experience for my entire family. Once I had access to a laptop, we tracked the phone ourselves. It had already left the hospital and connected to a nearby residential WiFi network (culd-de-sac). When I triggered alerts asking for it to be returned, it was disposed nearby. Security was ineffective throughout this entire process. They failed to act while the phone was still on hospital property and became defensive when I escalated to actual law enforcement (very sus). At no point did I feel supported, protected, or taken seriously. Every legitimate solution was delayed. Security supervisor blamed me for all of their failures, FRESH OUT OF SURGERY. To be clear: I was a post-surgery patient, medicated and in pain I was unable to contact anyone for 2-3 days I COULD NOT WALK My loved ones believed I could have died My personal property was lost or stolen under hospital care This was not just an inconvenience. It was a traumatic and avoidable failure of basic patient care and security protocol. I checked out early because I no longer felt safe. I expect accountability, and I strongly urge others to be cautious about how personal belongings are handled here. Because my phone was lost while I was under their care, I now have no way to schedule follow-up appointments. What makes this worse is that they are fully aware of the situation, yet continue to rely on the very phone number they know I cannot access instead of contacting me by email. This is not just frustrating, it is negligently inhumane.
