Overall my experience has been stressful, but Randy made what seemed like good attempts to correct things. It was just too little too late. I needed to have two stakes put in my yard to mark two boundaries/corners. They assured me they could do that within two weeks. After almost 5 weeks I still do not have my land marked. I was not informed of delays and kept being told I'd have it done today or tomorrow. The quote I was provided was among the highest but I went with them anyway because they assured me it could be done quickly. I wish I had gone with another company from the start rather than have to find a new one now, 5 weeks later.

First we thought the team is knowledgeable about leasing retail spaces. They gave us high hopes about finding national tenants at initial meeting. So we decided to spend several thousand dollars to get the sketch ready. When we were ready to present the sketch to market the property they denied that they were not willing to market the property for us. Instead at this point they wanted us to spend another 100K before they can market the property. They took forever to return phone calls, voice mails or respond o emails. They just do not seem to care about the customers. This was the most unprofessional experience we've had with a company like this. They have a very unprofessional attitude and do not seem to care about other people's time. We simply wasted about a year worth of our time and so much money.
