All the other tables were weather tables and chairs or bench seating. They have a huge menu full of sushi, sashimi, noodles, rice, and of course ramen! We ordered pineapple fried rice that was served in a plate that looked like pineapple, seafood ramen, the LA roll and a whole bunch of sashimi that was served in a sea turtle bowl on crushed ice. Having eaten pho across California, Alaska, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas, I usually look for a clean, rich broth with a slight sweetness. This broth didn't quite deliver that flavor profile, and the brisket was a little tougher and chewier than I expected. My total came to $40.03. Was it the best pho I've had? No. Was it the worst? Not even close. The atmosphere and service were excellent, and the egg rolls alone are worth ordering. I'd come back to try other items on the menu. I am sure food truck service during a busy festival is not easy, but the wings just missed the mark for us. It's a little place, tucked away in the shopping strip over on the Eastside. Limited parking, but I've never had any issues. I always get their pad Thai noodles with no peanuts. I've brought family and friends there, and they all have loved it too. I definitely recommend stopping in to eat.
