Location is quite hidden in Watsonville crossroads, However service is 10 out of 10 there's almost no wait time and the food arrives very quick! My boyfriend and I ordered free range Chicken brisket pho (#42) and shrimp pho tōm (#41) and avocado spring rolls! The food was great! The spring rolls were quite sticky and veg chewy but tasted great. They don't have much variety but they are inclusive with milk teas, sweet teas and lemonades. This place is great as we don't have to travel long distance to have good pho read more

The boba drinks are always so good here :)) 10/10 recommend it !!! The taro is always a good option read more

Best pho in town. We always get takeout so can't speak to the service since you order on a screen. Great food and boba.

very good pho.very good boba. that all I have to say.just perfection.the service was great.we got it in less that 15 minutes.

Best Pho spot in Santa Cruz County. Pork chop plate is amazing. Taro Boba Tea is so good too. Coming back for sure. They're are also fast when you order to go and very accommodating. read more

Only two things worth getting here is the boba and the pho. Outside of that you like to take risk in life!. Their rice plates are a joke, the portion size is enough for a small child and for 17 bucks is just amazingly terrible! read more

We just went to try to order, their open sign was on when we arrived, we parked and as we were getting out of our car we saw the workers run to turn off the open sign. Businesses are getting lazy, closing early to paying customers. Won't be eating there again. read more

Went in to try this new place here in town and it's good. Only tried the Boba tea, but will try the food next time.

I just had pho from here and I was so disappointed the meat was raw not cooked at all I've never had pho with raw meat before so I don't know if that's normal but I didn't like it the boba was good though read more

Honestly best restaurant within a 50 mile radius for sure, I have eaten at almost every place in Watsonville and Santa Cruz, I am a huge foodie in San Jose being a regular at places like Fleming's, Phở Hà Nội, Shabuya Hot Pot, etc... I understand good food and service and have no problem paying for it. I am flabbergasted and severely impressed at the quality of the food, the price, and the hospitality here. Very much unlike every other place in the area. If you understand business then you know putting this restaurant here was a shot in the dark but now that I know of this place, I will be coming back pretty much on a daily basis and bringing people here as well. I know Santa Cruz tourists think they find "hidden gems" with some of the restaurants here which is ok and I've tried them but it's only just good for this area. But Phở Kitchen in Watsonville is completely unrivaled and incomparable with anything else. The English language doesn't have the words to correctly describe how wonderful this place is. I finally found a place where I feel like I'm at home here. I couldn't be more happy to have this experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Thu and Tâm. Taking the time to get to know me, care about how I am, be genuine and kind with everything they say, and even helping me learn new things in life as well as the culture of the restaurant is 100% going above and beyond in customer service and professionalism while upholding and exceeding company standards. I really hope more people find out about this place because my experience here is something special that I haven't had at any restaurant in a very very long time. Price of food/ drinks is very inexpensive for the quality of everything. Service is super fast, I ordered a plate that came out fresh and hot in 5 minutes, every bite of the meat is juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, noodle and rice texture is phenomenal, nothing is greasy or soggy or anything, just perfect. Service is 11/10 which is impossible to find nowadays. Still blown away every time I come here how wonderful they treat people. I wish my own family treated me this good haha! This place will always be a second home to me and I can't wait to share this phenomenal experience with every person I know and will meet. Thank you for everything, this is the true hidden gem here, diamonds live forever! read more

We gave the new restaurant a try for the first time and we are so happy on how delicious our food was. We put our order in as a pick up and were told about 15 minutes and surly 15 minutes it was. The pricing is decent for the amount that is served. We felt it was very generous. Our order was Beef Stew Noodles, Chicken Noodle and BBQ Chicken Vermicelli, and everything was delicious. It's exciting that the place continues as a Pho spot. Looking forward on going back to try other items from their menu. read more

Pho Kitchen - Beef Stew Noodles - Vietnamese Near Me - Watsonville, California

My granddaughter loves coming here for the bubble drinks. We have gotten food here a few times and it's ok. We do not eat this style of food often so please keep in mind we don't have much to go off of. The pho we had was decent. I tried the non spicy and it had a good broth. I understand the meat cooks in the broth, but the quality is questionable. My meat did seem pretty raw when when I started eating it so I mostly ate the broth and noodles. They have an assortment of lighter food which my grand daughter has gotten. It is good, but nothing special. I do appreciate how kind the young girls here are. The staff is outstanding and kind. Last time we were in a very nice African American girl helped us out and she was lovely read more

Best pho spot in the Salad Bowl(Watsonville, Salinas, Prunedale)that I know of. Totally the spot to come to when the pho cravings hit. Horchata smoothie is incredible too. read more

Moved down to the SC area last June and was super bummed I didn't see any Pho places. Stumbled across this gem on a Google search and it did not disappoint. Easy ordering, quick service, and some of the best Pho I think I've ever had. Thai tea was a delight too. Highly recommend. read more

Our first, but not last, meal here, today. We had the shrimp and avocado spring rolls. The dipping sauce was very good. The calamari appetizer was ok. A little heavy on the breading. We split a lemongrass chicken dish and the special clay pot rice with pork. The flavors and the heat were great! Large portions, too. We will definitely be regulars here! read more

This is the best Pho restaurant I have ever seen since I came to the US 17 years ago. I love how clean it is. Easy self order. The food is not only tasty but also looks pretty. The drinks are attractive. I will definitely go there next time l. read more

This is the third reincarnation of pho in the same area. This was a decent version of pho but was disappointed with portion size. I liked the fact that they used the traditional fatty beef brisket but the "meatballs" was one meatball cut in half. Selection choice was very limited compared to good pho shops in San Jose and Mountain View . I ordered ice coffee which was mostly ice in a plastic cup. read more

So I had very high hopes for this place based on reviews. I usually go to Salinas for VERY GOOD pho. I was hoping this place would be just as good but I was very disappointed. I got a number 26 which was a beef pho. I could not bring myself to eat more than a few bites. The broth was just not it. It had a very weird taste. I usually don't add any sauces directly into the soup itself but I tried my best to make this pho edible and nothing helped. If you are a pho lover like I am do not go to this place. It will disappoint and it's kinda pricey. The boba is good though. read more

I'm really happy there is a new pho place in Watsonville. There really aren't many choices on this side of town. The staff is friendly and polite, the food was really good with a lot of options, and will likely continue to be a customer here. We order take out as well. read more

At last there's a terrific Pho restaurant in Watsonville. My family loves Pho but until now the closest good one we found was in Los Gatos. I just discovered this place last week although it's been open a couple of months. We've already placed and enjoyed our second order. I recommend the spring rolls #1, my wife likes the BBQ pork and egg roll #75 and my son orders the eye of round noodle soup #28. read more

I am 100% whole food plant based. Also, I don't use sugar, oil or salt. However, I went in knowing that those ingredients would be in the food. Being as careful as possible, I got a bowl with quinoa/rice, vegetables and tofu, and it was good and satisfying. read more

This place recently changed owners, we ordered dinner from PK last night, and it was so good! It went from inedible to delicious! We each ordered a noodle bowl with chicken and egg roll. I love Vietnamese food, and to have a good spot in Watsonville is a treat! Everything was so fresh, I can tell that they care. Their pho is also very good, the broth is very flavorful and you can add lots of veggies. Our new go-to Vietnamese restaurant! read more
