It took me a long time to give this place a try and I'm so happy I did! It is now one of my favorite places to eat in okotoks. This is a great place for lunch! Place is located in a strip mall and looks like to be well run & organized. The service was on point, and the food came out within a few minutes of ordering. The food that we ordered was pho and a house special. Lots of food which is always a great thing for those who have a healthy appetite. It was delicious. and I sincerely mean that as I didn't need to add any soy sauce or anything else. The dishes are reasonably priced and is also a good location for a lunch meeting. My cousin and I came to eat here as we both love pho and spring rolls! The service was wonderful, staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is great. I specifically took my family here a while ago but I'm just getting around to writing the review now. Why? Because I am a teacher. This is the reason that we came here in the first place. I took my family here on family day weekend specifically the family Monday of family day weekend. The reason that I took them here is because for Valentine's Day one of my students got me a gift certificate to come enjoy this restaurant. I've never heard of it but when I told all my teacher colleagues that a student gave me a gift certificate to hear they said that place is amazing in that I would love it. I took my family here with the get certificate and all my teacher friends were correct it was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go here again. If I wouldn't have got that gift certificate though I would've never known about it. read more

The lady that answered the phone sounded quite nice as for the food it was quite different me and my life partner both ordered what we thought would be a delicious pork vermicelli but what we reserved in return was a $14 box each which was not the most flavourful dish I believe the most flavour we found was in the stands of string and hair we both found in our meal but as far as I would rate my experience it is a nice small restaurant with a good vibe and very young and youthful staff I would recommend maybe trying there advertised subs or pho but avoid the vermicelli read more

Always 5 stars when coming here! I typically only get the vermicelli bowl (I love it so much it's hard to deviate!). The beef in the bun/vermicelli bowl is always so so so good. We eat here a lot. Food is hot and fresh. I tweak a few things for a combo I really like... never a problem. Some servers are friendlier than others but always been treated well overall. I contacted them a day early for a large to go order, through Yelp, and was delighted to receive an immediate response! I then placed the order and didn't hear back but wasn't worried as we agreed I'd would call 30 minutes before pick up. Something was wrong with the Yelp notification on my second message, just a heads up for people. Our food was was very good and the portions were large and the price was very reasonable and they gave me a discount I noticed later! The only teeny downside was the food was spicy before adding anything. While that was ok for me, it wasn't for some others. read more

We had a incredible dining experience here on December 13th, 2015. A group of 6 of us were going out to celebrate my upcoming birthday, and we were saddened to see a sign on the door stating that the restaurant was closing early (6:00) for their annual staff Christmas party. So we started to leave as it was already 5:30. A very friendly young lady came out and invited us back in, saying that they would be busy cleaning up until at least 6:30 and that they'd happily have us. We are so happy that we stayed. Our waitress was incredible - attentive, polite, friendly, and engaging. She listed off some of her recommendations and not a single one of us left disappointed. The food was fantastic. The food came very quickly, there were no delays getting our drinks or meals, and to top it all off, our waitress offered some of her Mom's homemade Christmas baking for dessert. My only regret is that I didn't get our waitresses name for the review. She helped make the experience that much better. We will be back (regularly) and will happily recommend that all of our friends come here too! :) read more

I'm a fan of Vietnamese, just both this place. THE GOOD: Their portion sizes were more than expected for both adult servings and their kids servings. The salad rolls were nice, tasty and fresh. The Vietnamese coffee was quite good - you have a choice of hot or cold. THE AVERAGE: the food. My wife and I had #34. I thought my shredded pork was very dry and flavourless. Disappointing. The chicken in our son & daughter's meal was plain as ordered, however it tasted quite dry as well, as if it had been boiled up the day before, plucked from a bowl, and added to their plate after being reheated. Neither of my kids ate their chicken. I added it to my bowl which sadly didn't add any value to what I was already eating. The service was okay, our server was nice and attentive, but delivery was a bit slower than expected considering it wasn't very busy. There are a lot of choices to dine in Okotoks. Love this place. Food is always hot and fresh. I've never waited very long for a meal here. Someone was complaining about it taking 20 min, well I've never actually waited that long here but I've waited that long for a coffee at Starbucks . This isn't Chinatown, it is Okotoks. Fast or fresh, I pick fresh and that's what I always get here. There are more than a few ASIAN restaurants In Calgary that could learn a thing or two about service from the couple that manage this place. There's always someone who has to complain. If you want a 5 minute turnaround, best bet is a food court. Not a sit down restaurant. Keep up the good work. read more

We really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant! The service was top shelf and the food was delicious! We started with the fresh salad rolls (Goi Cuon) and they were really good. For our main, my husband had the Pho Tai and loved it! He gave me a taste of the beef and it was incredibly tender and very tasty and the broth was fantastic. I had Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong and the portion was definitely adequate and the dish was very good! It had beef and the best spring rolls in it. I will definitely be ordering this again, although the menu looks so good that I may have to try other things. That's always hard when I find a favorite. read more

We are repeat customers. Our son chooses this as his first meal every time he is home from uni. We always have #15... It is incredible. The spring rolls and salad rolls are the best we have ever had. My dad tried #22 and could not stop raving. Said that the last time he had flavours like that was in Thailand when he fell in love with green curry. I would recommend Pho Hoai! I've been there twice and had the Vermicelli both times and it was nice that they make it exactly the same way so you know you will get consistently good food. We just love this place! One of the gems of Okotoks dining!!! Whether you want to eat in or take out. Everything is delicious, the service is fantastic, even when they are busy. And they are amazingly affordable. We eat here several times a month and have since they opened. We have never had a bad meal. I highly recommend it for any occasion.
