    Rare beef and tendon pho
    Ray B.

Average Vietnamese pho restaurant with open concept seating. Typically when you place your order you get appetizers, drinks, and mains all served at the same time. I ordered the rare beef and tendon pho which had a decent flavored broth and rare beef (often well done when you get it). The crispy Vietnamese spring rolls were sub par and served without salad and the dipping sauce was also just ok. Nothing to draw me back here again.

My favourite go to restaurant when I'm in the st catherines area. I'm so thankful that my girlfriend took me here. I mean come on, who doesn't like pho? Broth is delicious at this location, I have unfortunately experienced bad pho, yes it's a thing, yes it's surprisingly easy to completely mess up, I'm glad to clarify that this place has yet messed anything up. Pricing is cheaper than Toronto shops, as expected, so that makes coming here even better for me. Get a large bowl, which can easily be split among 3 people, for 10$. Toronto, take notes. The owners and staff at this restaurant are also extremely nice and very fast. If you're into banh mi ( sandwiches) their bread here is to die for, seems so fresh all the time and packed with flavour, no idea how they manage it. It's because of all the combined that i will forever keep this as my go to spot.

Pretty decent pho restaurant with all your Vietnamese staple dishes. It's a little pricier than what I find at other pho places but if you're craving, it'll do the trick. Easy parking, with an Asian food store nextdoors (get some interesting candy here!) I find the owner/manager a little abraisive... Manager, if you're reading this, please be nicer! lol it goes a long way.

Let's just say I enjoyed the soup more than the spring rolls. The spring rolls weren't the traditional vietnamese style spring rolls. Also did not receive the sauce that usually comes with the spring rolls. It had some special, I expensive vietnames sandwiches on a different menu. The soups were $8.99 and the two spring rolls were $5.99. The sandwiches were $4.99. Waitresses did not interact with customers but the manager seemed to care and asked everyone if the food was ok This might be a great place for bubble tea and they even had TOMATO milk shake lol. And orange milk shake....sounds interesting!

If I'm in St. Catharines visiting friends we'll usually always come to this place. It's right next to a very little Asian grocery store (the size of a convenience store) which is great to pick up things that aren't usually accessible in the area. I get the Pho Thai with shrimp and beef which is my new favorite and my vegan friend got the Pho veg with fried tofu and we shared vegetarian fresh rolls. I'm not a fan of tofu but the one here is actually really tasty and its not too dense or oily. (The photos below are from three different visits I swear)

Can never go wrong here. We have one in Waterloo so I know this chain. Food is amazing and so is the service. Ordered the bun bo hue and asked for it to be extra spicy and they delivered. Big restaurant with a big private parking lot.

This was our first trip to Niagara, and we were astonished as to how expensive the food was in town! Dying to not get stuck in those American franchise, burger and pub food joints, we stopped by here after shopping at the outlet. It was a cold evening for June, and this pho totally hit the spot. My husband and I both got pho and we were very satisfied. All bowls are pretty much under $10, and that's a steal in Niagara. The broth was a bit thin in my opinion, compared to what we are used to in Vancouver, but had good flavor. Good amount of meat, and I loved that they serve raw bean sprouts, not cooked. All the fixings were there too- lime wedge, Thai basil, hoisin sauce, hot sauce.... I would go back if in the area again.

    - Employees are polite & friendly - Environment is calm, quiet & peaceful - You really get that Vietnamese feel (get tea served to you before your meal is ready) - Restaurant could use some renovation in dinning area (minor issue), however washrooms are clean, newly renovated & up to date - Food taste delicious, and is very flavourful - Portions are HUGE (I ordered a small in the photos), and prices are good! You definitely get what you pay for & more! - Service at times can be "slow," & have longer wait times, but with this order it was quick, it just depends - Overall friends & I like this place & would recommend to others

Pho with rare beef, flank and tripe. Topped off with bean sprouts, fresh basil; with sambal, hosin and chilli oil on top.

The best pho in the region by far. The food is fresh and arrives quickly. The staff are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I have been here many times in the past and don't see any signs of stopping. A must see for pho lovers everywhere. Usual order: fresh rolls with shrimp as an app. And the pho with rare beef, flank and tripe.

Small spring roll portions and not a very nice presentation.

Cafeteria like service. I've never had to write down my own order before. Poor broth (unforgivable at a pho joint) and small portions on almost everything. This Vietnamese restaurant survives as a result of lack of competition rather than any excellence.

As a customer for the Pho Dau Bo in Mississauga, I had to try this location while on vacation. The pho was absolutely delicious, pretty much the same as in the Mississauga location. The hot flavourful broth is perfect with lime and basil plate they give as a condiment. The Cha Gio (vietnamese spring rolls) is not traditional here, it was very chinese like because they used a different wrapper that is not as crunchy as the rice wrapper. The Chinese style noodle dish was delicious with the garlic chili dip. The waitresses were ok, not the friendliest but served us quickly and efficiently.

We're the toughest crowd. Plus, Yelp reviews could be very informative. The restaurant has a casual, low key atmosphere. The interior is a bit worn, but rather clean and tidy. We snuggled into one of the available booths and felt quite comfortable. The ordering process was easy and convenient. You simply write down your order on a slip of paper. Don't forget about anything. We took our time browsing the menu, and no one rushed us, which I really appreciated. The complimentary tea was, as always, a nice, welcoming gesture. We ordered two soups. The large size was actually massive. The 'Seafood Pho' was not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. I enjoyed beef broth, all the greens and veggies. Unfortunately, the selection of protein was rather disappointing. A bunch of tiny shrimp (some of them had a fishy taste), carved squid, surimi and something similar to fish cake were just not enough to be happy about. It should be called 'Frozen Seafood Medley Pho'. The best choice will definitely be to order one of the Beef Pho options. My partner opted for beef noodle soup Bún bò Huế. It was meaty with lots of beef, pork and blood pudding. I think his only complaint was that the soup wasn't spicy enough. What happened was, he didn't specify the spiciness level when ordering and our server simply didn't bother to ask. So it was mild and a little bland. The Egg Meatloaf / Chả Trứng was something new to me. The moist and delicate texture, with its distinct pork and mushroom flavor, was very good. It was a truly inspirational dish and someday I'd like to try making it. You pay at the counter.
