I love Pho & been to many Pho places... this might be one of the best ones I've been to! The Pho broth was so good and the Fried Spring Rolls were very delicious too! I ordered the #6 PHỞ TÁI CHÍN BÒ VIÊN Beef Noodle Soup with Beef Meatballs, Brisket and Rare Steak! Yummy! Small clean restaurant but it was packed! Amazing service and clean bathroom! I will definitely remember this place next time I'm in the area and craving Pho! One of the best!

I ate at Pho 21 for the first time recently and I'm sad I'm only just getting around to it! It was so good -- and that's saying a lot coming from someone who grew up in the OC with a plethora of amazing Vietnamese spots to choose from. My mom ordered the Bánh Xèo and I had the seafood pho... incredible. Warm, hearty, rich broth -- truly so well done. I'll definitely be back! My daughter had a shrimp spring roll and loved it too. This place is a super solid Valley option for Vietnamese food and easily one of my favorites nearby to date!

I Heard about Pho 21 and I am happy that I was able to try it. The pho was Amazing!!! The broth had very good flavor and the chicken was seasoned so well. My top 3 pho places in the valley now. I also ordered the ginger wings that were very tasty and much flavor! I recommend ordering! The service was very good and attentive. Exceptional customer service and provided good options. Really fast service as well. The ambiance is nice inside and clean with cute decor! The menu is very large and so many choices. *Note* they are closed on Tuesdays -Marshay D.

Great little place, absolutely everything was fantastic here. The quality of the pho with steak what's really good, and I could tell the quality of the meat was excellent. The other two I just reordered were the egg roll and the spring roll, all which were very good. All tasted fresh with plenty of flavor. Definitely a return customer here!

i appreciate the extensive vegan/vegetarian menu here! overall, very solid options, but haven't found my standout dish here yet. the tofu spring rolls are great and a must order! as for the vegan pho with vegetables, i found it a bit bland and wasn't a huge fan. the bun bo hue with imitation beef was more flavorful, but i think they could still add more spice and acidity! parking is in the back, and service is fast and attentive. i'm sure i will keep coming back!

Stopped in for a non soup plate of Chinese broccoli chicken over rice. I gotta say it was exactly what I was craving. It satisfied the palette and was cooked to a great taste. This place is always busy and the kitchen is delivering the goods.

Can't believe there's nice Vietnamese restaurant in this area! I came to Pho 21 recently and walked away pretty impressed. It's located on a busy street, but you can find street parking on the cross streets. There's also a small parking lot in the alley behind the restaurant. When my friend and I came for dinner on a Sunday evening around 6 pm, it wasn't too crowded. We were seated immediately. The menu has many pages and offers a diverse range of options for Vietnamese food between noodle soups, vermicelli and rice dishes, as well as stir fries. There's also two full pages dedicated to vegan/vegetarian options. We ordered the fried spring rolls ($10) to share and each ordered our own entree. I got the #17 bun rieu with snails ($14.95) and my friend got SV2 vegetarian noodle soup with deep fried tofu ($14.95). We absolutely loved the spring rolls. One order comes with 6 and we killed them. They were perfectly crispy and the filling inside had good flavor. We both enjoyed our noodle soups as well. I was expecting more in my bun rieu like tofu or meatballs, but I think the way they make it here is different from what I'm used to. Still, the broth had really good flavor, and I really liked the snails that came with the soup. My friend enjoyed his vegetarian noodle soup as well. It came chock-full of veggies and tofu. I think we've found our new favorite Vietnamese spot in the valley! Will definitely come back again.

Again, again, and again, this place serves great Vietnamese food. The pho is perfection. We also ordered a side dish that was excellent. We really like the people here, we will continue coming back here as often as we can

My new favorite pho place!! Although located in an odd spot the restaurant is clean and has tons of options for everyone. The service was amazing, the waitress was kind and accommodating and even helped me pack up my coconut to go. We also sat, ordered, and got our food all under 15 minutes and loved every bite of our food.

The food was amazing! Ordered the spring rolls, filet mignon pho and curry chicken. Loved the peanut sauce served with the spring roll. Will definitely be back.

Ask the Community - Pho 21

Do you have vegan egg rolls?

    Yes, we do.

    Anyone know if they're open?

Sadly, they are closed. I tried calling several times until I finally drove there and saw the sign on their door saying they were closed until further notice. I wish they'd update their website though. Or even Yelp.

Are any of the soups vegetarian?

Yes. Click on the "Full menu" link. It will take you to Pho 21's website where there is a "Vegetarian and Vegan" section.

When are you guys reopening? I've been checking Yelp for over a week and it still says you're closed for special hours.

They have a parking lot out front , and we were greeted warmly by our friendly server immediately upon walking in. I didn't catch her name, but she's from Da Nang and so welcoming! A more diverse menu than some of our other faves... and I kept seeing that they are famous for their "#53 House Special Deep Fried Cornish Game Hen Marinated in Oyster Sauce" (CƠM GÀ NƯỚNG DẦU HÀO). This golden beauty has a crispy exterior, and is plated on a generous bed of rice. Not "broken", but still delicious! Drizzle some of their nuoc cham over the rice and chicken for a little extra magic! Order first because it needs a new extra minutes to prepare. We also ordered the House Special Imperial Egg Rolls (CHẢ GIÒ). True confessions, I'm usually judgy when I see egg rolls with the smooth wonton style wrappers rather than the bubbly, blistery rice paper wraps.. but these noble egg rolls won me over regardless! The shrimp and pork filling was well seasoned and delicious! I couldn't decide between trying their pho or the Vietnamese udon noodles.. since we were feeling adventurous, I went with the BÁNH CANH TÔM, CUA, GIÒ HEO at our server's recommendation. It was tasty, had decent shrimps and even a real crab claw! The broth was a little mild until I added some of the juice from the fresh lime wedges and that awakened the flavor! The udon noodles were perfectly bouncy and we devoured the bowl! For a little something sweet; we ordered a Che 3 Mau to go. Our thoughtful server offered to pack the crushed ice on the side so the dessert wouldn't get too diluted. It was refreshing and hit the spot! Our decision to come here was a spontaneous pivot, and we're so happy to have found this little gem! We will be back!

I actually had high hopes for this place. After seeing the good reviews from fellow yelpers and a…read morerecommendation from someone, I had to try it out for myself. Just like a lot of pho places, they're in a strip mall of some sort. This one was part of a mini corner lot with parking available. A small lot but decent. We were meeting some friends for dinner which we arrived before they did. Friday night thinking it would be mobbed but there were actually loads of tables available. Everyone that was already seated were utilizing the booths that surround the restaurant. In the middle are tables which weren't utilized. We got seated along the tables where the windows are off the street side. At the beginning, service was great. Menus were brought out which they practically had everything on it. Your traditional Vietnamese dishes, hot pot as well as well as seafood boil. It was quite impressive which was also a good thing and something we wanted to check out. It did take us a while to order as there was so much to go through as they all looked quite interesting. I tend to know what I want but still, everything looked quite good. Started off with some beers while still going through the menu. From there we ordered some starter of the shrimp spring rolls and banh xeo (Vietnamese pancakes). Springs roll, 2 per order but cut in half's to 4 pieces. Nothing special about them. Banh xeo on the other hand was quite tasty with just the right amount of crispy ness and stuffed with shrimp and accompanied by the greens. That was a tasty dish and i do recommend it. The sauces that come with the roll and pancakes were quite nice too. As for entrees, it was a mixture of everything. I love me some oxtail pho. Which they had the X-Large oxtail pho. First impressions, there was nothing X-Large about it. The size was pretty much basic. But they did give a good option of the oxtail which was nice. Broth was ok, and the condiments that came with it minus the green pepper (jalapeño) which wasn't there is alway good added. It's wasn't what I expected. There was also two order of the banh mi, one with shrimp and the other with beef. Out of the two, the shrimp was way better. I do like it with a lot of the pickle veggies and jalapeño which would have been great. The beef on the other hand, it was a major miss. I expected grilled beef chunks of some sort but when it was brought out, it was basically thin slices. A major fail. Also an order of the fries which had a nice dipping sauce both ketchup and aioli. Lastly, an order of the fried shrimp. That was quite nice with big size shrimp and batter and fried to a nice golden crisp. Served with both ketchup and aioli sauce too. The food was ok, nothing major to rave about with what we ordered. Banh xeo and the fried shrimp was a hit. The other, oxtail pho and banh mi were a dud. But after the starters came out, we had emptied bottle and the emptied plates that needed to be taken away for room. When one of the servers came out with the pho, we asked if they could clear the table a bit so there would be room for the entrees, he just brushed it off as it wasn't his job. Ok, understandable but he then just pointed to someone else and just walked away. Another entree came out which, we literally had to explain to him that there were no room for the plates. Even with us gathering them and to show him and with the bottles. We actually had to flag one of the host guys down to actually help clear the table. Mind you, only the booths were utilized and it was still hard trying to get someone's attention. Even with the bill which we also couldn't get anyone's attentions. I had to walk up to get someone's to acknowledge us. Overall, I expected to much from all the great reviews from fellow yelpers. Could just be the night we went with the service. The place wasn't crowded which it was still a little ordeal. Overall, they'll have a good clientele and regulars. I expected too much from this place with high hopes but I don't think I'll be back. The menu is quite impressive which is a plus. But our visit, it was lacking.

There are not any seats to eat there, so everything is to go, but service is quick and the guy was nice behind the counter. Go check them out, grab a lotto ticket if your into that, get some great food, support a local woman & minority owned business, not enough of them out there. Enjoy!
