The tech that arrived at my home at 7:30 pm pumped the septic tank but was unprepared to run a snake through the line. He did not have a snake to remove the clogged drainage pipe nor did he have any tools to open the line. Further flooding came that night when my water softener recirculated despite the fact that I had been told it was unnecessary to unplug it. The tech came the next day and I was charged twice for the digging fees and a second emergency fee. The invoice appeared in my email three days after they quickly charged my credit card. I was grossly overcharged for these services and will never call them again. Additionally, I was rudely spoken to on the phone by the head of the company when I called to resolve the issues. 8/12/2026

He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed.
